I don't know. On the surface I think it looks like this might be the greatest offseason, but I think next year might be better. A few big fish might throw their hats back in the ring. We might be in a good spot. I don't have much confidence that DJ and team will pull a winning season out of their asses next year, so my feeling is he will be gone. We might be in a good spot to land a good HC next year more than now. Not that I would complain if Ralph changed is mind on DJ tomorrow.

Why? Because he stockpiles QBs and can only win when someone else builds his team? Or maybe because he screams on the sidelines real well? I'm not sure those are good traits of a head coach. He sucks, and deserved to be fired.

The answer is c. We need a TE and a 2nd WR.

No, what I am saying is we should pick a QB in the 1st AND 2nd round. With two talented guys selected that high, we're bound to hit on one. It is time to hedge our bets.

That's great except for the part where DT isn't as much a need as DE. He's kept his nose clean, and that's good. I hate it when a good player can't stay on the field because they don't behave. Total waste of roster space.

Whitner would have been a fantastic pick (and still could be) if the Bills earnestly did something about creating a pass rush. One legit pass rusher on a team isn't going to cut it, especially when he gets hurt. Everybody talks about the Bills ignoring the o-line, but ignoring the d-line, in particular DE, has gone back to Donahoe's brilliant drafts.
