I'm disgusted that "fans" around here so easily forget what Ralph has done for Buffalo and this team over the years. It is fine to be disgusted with this season, but get some perspective please. Any other owner would have pulled the Bills out of Buffalo years ago. That would be nice but you can't just do that and adapt over one offseason. It doesn't work. We would need to replace all of our defensive ends with the exception of Schoebel. We'd need to get 2 more starting LBs instead of just one (Ellison doesn't cut it), we'd need to get 3-4 backup LBs capable of playing in the scheme. So no, that's a stupid thought assuming we want to win next year.

Fact: JP couldn't execute a VERY simple play. He has two options, no checkdowns. Option 1: Throw it to the FB Option 2: Take the sack or get rid of it. It takes and idiot QB not to execute a simple play. The play was called for the simplicity of it. JP, the guy who can't read defenses, only had 2 choices and he couldn't do that. I don't know how you can put this on the coaches when they made it so easy for a 5th year QB to execute a simple friggin high-school football play! How can you play in the NFL and screw that play up? Answer: JP Losman. Given a simple play, but lost the game. This isn't on the coaches, because they put JP in a position to succeed, but JP somehow turned a simple play into a losing play.

The need for a pass rush is huge. You can't take away one player (Schoebel) and lose your entire pass rush. It has been pitiful. Stroud has been great, but the bills still can't generate a rush without sending a LB. I know Kelsay and Denney are kinda solid, but there's no way they should call themselves good DEs when they can't rush the passer. They can't rush the damn passer!

I agree. Josh reed is important because there is very little depth on the offense. Basically, every time you flip GMs and coaches, the first thing they do is replace their depth. Then they get rid of good players that aren't "their guys" (see london flethcer). It takes a while to get the depth you need to do well, let alone get your starters going at a good pace. That's why there's NO WAY we should change coaches or administration. It would be stupid.
