Basically, anyone who calls ANY rookie a bust is clueless. The only way a rookie is a bust is if he doesn't make the team. Most players need a chance to develop, and because a rookie doesn't do well his first year it certainly doesn't mean he is a bust. Counting on rookies the first year is stupid, unless they are a top 5 pick. Even then, there should be slack for rookies.
