Funny thing is, if Trump is impeached, he won't be convicted by the Senate, and that would prompt massive voter turnout for Trump in 2020, getting him reelected. So even when CNN is being unconscionably stupid in stating the obvious, they still end up being wrong: because it secures him as second term, Trump likely wants to be impeached.

Well, calls to foreign governments from the Vice President are federal records, and Trump certainly has the authority to order National Archives to make them public... But let's be real, there's no way those sorts of records were properly handed over to NARA by the Obama Administration.
