That kickoff Out of bounds rule doesn't seem right. If a ball bounces in bounds and then ends up out of bounds it should be placed where it last touched in bounds. It should only go to the 40 if the ball is kicked directly out of bounds without touching in bounds. Just going to lead to less actual returns if they can just let the ball go and wait for it to go out.....

Well apparently they have a better QB, and picked up one of the top RBs in the league while the Bills go with a 3rd rounder and 2 guys over 30. On paper the Bills have no #1 WR, just a bunch of decent ones with a few different skillsets. The Bills biggest signing this offseason was on their online and he is one good hit away from spending time on the bench figuring out his name.... I think the Bills will be better, but I understand why the Jets would still be viewed as favorites

There are videos out there showing some test/comparisons of their power tools vs some of the more expensive name brands and they actually hold up well in most cases We have a similar place up here called Princess Auto, I have a bunch of things from there that aren't bad as long as you go I to it knowing your not getting contractor grade stuff. Plus its great for things like tool boxes (They carry alot of military type surplus boxes), tool organizers, and tarps, etc. If it wasn't for places like that I would own an electric jack hammer or drywall lift......

I do work around the house and love building stuff, but I am not big on having to spend alot on tools. Because I am not a contractor where I need my tools daily to make a living and they get abused, I have no issue buying cheaper ones because I don't feel bad if/when they break or burn out. I have a bunch of black and decker tools which work good and don't cost a fortune to replace.

Who says he isn't? Teams have to be interested in taking on that task and sign him to the PS to do it Maybe he has had offers and is holding out for a developmental offer to be a QB on a PS

I don't think a team can look at players or the PS that way. If they can get a good player on it, they will try and do it. If a team wants to poach that player, the Bills can always offer to put him on their roster too if he is that good.

I think you see other guys being signed because they know what their own cuts can do and they see potential upgrades available from other teams cuts that they can get a look at. Not everyone the Bills cut are guys they wanted to keep but couldn't because of numbers, some cuts weren't that hard to make because they just didn't like what they saw from the player

I think its probably best for him to be able to sit for a year on the PS and work with the team to see the game first hand Then next year he can make the 53 and not have to worry about much of a learning curve (it does help that he is playing a position where the learning curve is much smaller)
