Just wondering, does anyone have any footage of Peyton, or Brady diving into a scrum after a fumble? I have tried to google it but have only come up with videos of manning standing around after a fumble while others dive and try to recover. Its not that common to see a QB, who are usually told to stay safe and not do something to get injured (exactly why they are told to slide when anyone gets near them if they scramble). So Peyton manning is the poster boy for sportsmanship, even though he left the field not shaking any of the winning teams hands after they lost to the Saints, because atleast he stood there and talked to the press after Newton is a sore loser cause he shook the winners hands but walked out of a press conference after only a few questions after a loss Cam doesn't dive into a scrum with o-linemen for a fumble and he is a bad teammate and only cares about himself, and also a P***Y Peyton and many other QBs stand around after fumbles as they are also told not to do anything stupid where they could get hurt and nothing is said about them Everyone cries that the NFL has become the "No Fun League" because they give penalties for guys celebrating and having fun on the field, then when Cam and his team have fun on the field and celebrate they "should act like they have been there before" and just hand the ball over to a ref after scoring Yup, this all makes sense.......

it doesn't matter if the others where cops or not, assault is still assault. Inmost cases, the guys who come out of the fight uninjured are the ones getting charged unless they can prove that threatens they gave was purely self-defence. As for the cops always thinking they are badasses, guess we could also generalize and say that athletes probably started it cause those guys always feel entitled and that they are above everyone else and deserve special treAtment.

just doing exactly what everyone else here is doing And all I did was give a logical explanation to what probably happened from what's being reported. A typical bar fight over something stupid between 2 groups of intoxicated testosterone fueled men. Not saying either group is innocent or fully guilty.

and the exact opposite is going on where the ones proclaiming his innocence are jumping to conclusions that the officers were at fault and it's all going to be covered up by the corrupt police force. I bet the incident pretty much went like this..... Cops and Shady's group order bottles, cops get their bottles first, Shady's group takes offence because they think they deserve them first (or think there was a mix up and say those are theirs) and try to get the bottles. Cops argue the bottles are there's and try to get them back, some pushing and shoving happens, then it breaks out into a full brawl where the stronger pro football players have the upper hand and beat the others down. Both groups are tossed from the club because the club doesn't want on duty cops around, the off duty cops go to the hospital to get checked out and report the incident after they have had time to get checked out.

I would have thought this would be about the BS call to give him the penalty shot. Now apparently you can't touch a player if they are coming in on a breakaway......

and Lynch has lots of money and didn't have to sneak his own bottle into a club, or take $20 from a woman at a restaurant...... I don't get why people are even waiting for a police report to come out, it's not like they will believe it anyway because they will just brush whatever is in it off as cops protecting cops Just like every cop is a criminal.......

wow, talk about an over reaction to one bad game against the best defence in the league. That defence made his oline look like they were bunch of peewee kids playing in this game. That Panthers team was eventful as good as their record, they just weren't able to stop an defence that could be looked at as one of the very best.

only way NE matters in a match-up against the Broncos is if Manning is still playing for them. Otherwise it's not as big of a deal anymore.

yeah but that's almost never called as a holding, it's always called as a PI But man, maybe the Panthers should call Sandra Bullock in to block cause I think everyplay I have seen so far of Carolina on offence it looks like there's no one playing oline for them. I don't know, 9.99999 times out of 10 they use Pass Interference on that call, except that PI wouldn't hold on that since the ball was overthrown.

Only problem I see, do any teams playing against the Vegas team have their wins count? Cause if the wins count in Vegas, don't they have to stay there? Gambling isn't going to be an issue, the league would probably embrace it and try to make money from the gambling going on. As for the fans, people are looking at it all wrong. The teams and league don't care about the average fan buying tickets, the real money is in corporate boxes and suites and seat liscencing, there are plenty of big names in Vegas for the boxes and suites to be bought by. There's tons of money from the big casinos that would keep the team in business there. Sure they may not have the biggest local following, but think of the fans from other teams who would make the trip there to Vegas to see their team play. Take the usual amount of bus trips to the Ralph every week and probably multiply that be 100.

doubtful, Rex and Rob probably passed up watching that game to go hang out somewhere together because they 'got this' and already know how to beat them in their own mind. It worked for them in Madden everytime they play......

I would have preferred the Pats stuck with their old 'bent over Patriot' logo, would have suited the Brady era better

I don't know why everyone thinks Goodell has it in for the Pats and Kraft and him are now enemies. I believe the fight the NFL put up against Brady and the Pats was/is all for show so the league can say they are trying to discipline them for a wrong but to no avail. The Pats/Kraft accept a monetary penalty and the loss of a pick that is no big deal for them since it will be a late pick. I wouldnt be surprised if Kraft came up with most of it to hide other things they have been doing. Otherwise why would he not appeal the draft pick and fine part of the punishment when Brady appealed and won. As for this game, if there is a fix, it's because everyone put their money on the pats and Denver in the SB give Manning a chance to go out on top where he can join an ownership for the Titans like the league wants......

except that aside from part of this year Mario was a great player and teammate until Rex came in and changed his role in the defence from something he was really good at to something he would not look good at. I don't blame him for being upset, people are more likely going to look at you and blame you and say your not as good when your put in a position of weakness and not where your strengths are utilized. There won't be any big signings unless some big players are moved or allowed to walk, the team has already come out and set it will have enough trouble re-signing it's own FAs Expect more bargain bin/dumpster diving moves to fill the roster this off-season cause it doesn't matter how much money TP has in his account, there's little room under the cap to use it. This team will have to hope for some hidden gems, some starters in the draft, guys playing better then last year, and better coaching if they want to be better then they were last season cause they won't be getting an influx of talent through free agency without taking a hit to the roster

I also thought I saw somewhere that he was being looked at for the Dolphins OC job It would kinda feel a little dirty watching Reich with the 'Phins.........
