I have been down on MCW with his turnovers and hesitation to just take his shot or take it to the basket, he looked bad and scared in the first half. The 2nd he was great on both ends great finish. I hope this will give him some confidence going forward. They showed toughness in that game and these young guys are getting these minutes.

I hope MCW does not think he is going pro after this year. He needs some experience. I thought he had some bad turnovers today and the last 3 minutes he was horrible. Also so many people in Charlotte are from other cities. Besides a ton of Bills fans there are even more Steeler fans. Giants and Cowboys also have a strong presence. Before the Panthers the city was for the Redskins.

I knew a lot of people have moved to Charlotte from the Buffalo area but wow strong showing by the Bills fans. Only time I saw more of the road team fans was maybe the Steelers/Panthers a few years ago. Great time.

Fox was almost at the end of his rope here even in wine and cheese Charlotte until this season. He would have brought the consistency we are looking for to Buffalo. I was really depressed about the Bills this year and admit I was having doubts about renewing the football package then I went to the Bronco/ Panther game and realized I am Bills fan until they are gone.

The thing that is ironic is the New Yorkers (which I am) complain about how great something is in NY or this is how we did up there and people in Charlotte are like well why you are here then? Charlotte is not perfect but I think it beats the ATL in that it is still has a smaller feel like Buffalo. In the end until Buffalo gets the jobs and the best job is no longer a government job up there I think many of us will be just visiting and wishing it was different.

The sports anchor job on one of the local networks is not what it used to be. With Sports Radio and ESPN around the clock the job has lost some of its importance. I know Howard did some radio in Charlotte too.
