  1. This actually happened last year, yet the discussions go on.
  2. Since the Washington starters have looked pretty bad so far this pre-season, and the Pats were beat by an underwhelming Cinci team, I'd say he is.
  3. I had a good time at Diablo's. They have great mixed drinks served by the pitcher!
  4. Tim, if you're reading, I'm curious about these. First, did you get a sense that there's differing opinions, especially with Jauron? Do you get the feeling that it will be a battle if Turk wants Bell to start at LT for week 1? Also, is the second part speculation on your part, or was that the info you were given? I'm curious if the coaches actually think Bell is just less of a liability instead of surpassing their expectations.
  5. Thanks, I think that seems to be the safe route. I've been trying to navigate the .gov websites (IRS, Sheriffs, etc) the best I can to get info.
  6. Actually, no. I'll be moving early next year. Not even sure where yet (should find out for sure in a few days), but in the mean time I'm just trying to learn about the process. As Dev points out, I've heard there's pitfalls in the process and it can be complicated. I looked at foreclosure.com, but wasn't sure if it was worth the money. GovernmentAuctions.org seems to be a popular one. I think I'm going to look for some books on the subject, the internet is just too full of junk to make any sense of it.
  7. I've been looking around at real estate and seeing all the forclosures/short sales/REO, etc... I know I've always heard about auctions, but I've never really looked into it. I've looked around online for info, but it all seems to be cluttered scams and such. Not sure what's real and what's just trying to get you to pay 20 bucks for crap. Would it just be a matter of getting a list from a county courthouse? Are any of those subscribtion web sites legit and worth it? Does anyone have experience with it? I'd like to start learning more about it, but I don't have a starting point.
  8. This is kind of a bluesy rock, but I just started listening to these guys and like em.
  9. It's a new night. I think if they are going to stream every night, having a new post every night would be over kill. But when I first saw this thread, I figured someone was talking about the stream that was on last night. Then I saw there was only 3 replies, so I realized it was a new thread and apparently they are going to be doing this quite often. Anyway, bitching about it doesn't really do any good.
  10. I think you picked the wrong story to tell.
  11. Nice article about him today on ESPN: http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/preview09/co...&id=4422293 While it's not my team, being a Syracuse Basketball fan I still root for them. It would be great if he's able to get that program turned back around.
  12. When you're paying for the package, it says all games will be available by 9pm pacific. I imagine the 1:00 games will be up earlier than that, but I guess 9 is their cutoff to have them all up.
  13. Umm, the guy before you talked about punching him, and the reply was to all of you. Of course, being the moron that you apparently are, I guess you didn't get that.
  14. It's been a few years, so I'm not really sure of the details. I'm fairly sure that they show all games. Where I lived, there was a bar nearby that showed the Monday Night game. We used to go there every week, so I'm not positive about MNF, but I know the Sunday night game was on. Again, I'm almost positive it showed everything. I have no idea what the price was, but I do remember that you could pay either by the game or for the season. I remember that the season package was a good deal. Something like $25 per game, but $200 per season (again, I really can't remember anymore so I'm just guessing).
  15. If you're over seas you can get Game Pass, which is basically NFL Sunday Ticket, streamed on Yahoo. I was living overseas the first year it came out...works great!
  16. I assume because he's not in a coma. He WAS in a coma for a few days, but he's dead now. I guess when I said "it's true" I meant that it was based in truth. It was a real story, and I imagine the request for prayers was real at one time, but people are still spreading it around even though it's over. edit: Anyway, I haven't seen any of these emails or facebook updates with links, so I'm not sure what virus they're talking about.
  17. Actually, it's apparenlty true. Kids name was Avi Amenov, and he died in a car crash. EDIT: Updated Snopes link
  18. But it's not free, so "should" doesn't really take you very far. I've listened to the broadcast for years, and it's just not close to watching the game. Personally I don't think paying $2.50 per game to be able to watch every game whenever you want to be a ripoff (and that's only considering the Bills). It's almost worth it even if you could watch every game live, just to have the archive.
  19. I wasn't saying that Leach didn't build a program, only that all the other coaches weren't only good because of their teams.
  20. Yep, this is the perfect situation for me (thanks for bringing it to our attention SDS)! I usually spend all day Saturday inside watching college ball, so Sunday is my day out to do things. This is perfect as I will finally be able to watch all the Bills games, and they will be ready at 6pm.
  21. Not so true. From Wiki: Yes, he took over a power program at Florida, but he earned his way up to that position first as a position coach and immediately excelling at his first two head coaching jobs. Also, making the leap with a top team from consistent top 25 to consistent championship contender isn't exactly an easy thing to do. Personally, I think Meyer is still too new at the HC position to be put in any "Best" category, but I do disagree that he is only good because of where he currently is.
  22. Because nobody would watch it.
  23. No reason to go the "favorite" route. We all know this will soon be, "Every Python sketch you can find on YouTube." I'll get the obligatory smart ass one out of the way.
  24. On an all time scale, he'd be there. But today? He's still good, but not at the top IMO.
