  1. 44 - 3................. 10 minutes to play....EAGLES
  2. How about, they simply own us....
  3. BuffaloBill, that pretty much sums it up.
  4. Let us also not forget the brutal playing calling, the horrible clock management, and the 2 and 9 finish.
  5. ....all we know is that we managed 0 points and that's what any QB & offense are measured on, no excuses.
  6. Ralph's biggest blunder of all.
  7. Most likely, but I was trying to give Jauron credit for teaching (or sharing) his own stupidity with another...
  8. No, I think that stupid can be taught....see Bills Preston....
  9. From Ralph's presser after the meeting.... "Ladies and gentlemen, while I'm proud to be associated with Dick Jauron, a man of the highest caliber, we have agreed that the Bills will need to head in a new direction. This will also allow Dick to take his long desired position as a Wal-Mart Associate, effective immediately. We have already begun our search (with the State of New York unemployment office) for our new Head Coach. Thanks for the Millions".
  10. ....which is the view the Bills and its fans have had for a decade.
  11. Oh praise the Lord, make Royal a Jet.....
  12. Ralph picked up a bundle with the Tornoto deal. Open the friggin wallet Ralph. Time is running out.
  13. Go check out Miami.....nuff said Question is, will it happen fast enough and will Ralph open his wallet for some talent, and lastly will we finally get some immediate impact help form this years draft?
  14. A good staff would be a huge step up for the Bills. Our bargain basement coaches really let this year slip away.
  15. Denney as a back up, Kelsay to K-Mart
  16. If the second half of the season meant a thing, it was that Jauron simply does not understand how to manage a game. Nice guy, but horrible game time HC.
  17. Who doesn't. Back to the original post, Whitner isn't an LB and its a not so sharp idea as well. Greer, unless the bottom falls out of the CB market, he won't be playing for nickel money unless his somewhat injury prone nature scares off the rest of the league. He's not going to get top dallar, no way, but probably enough to leave....
  18. Mike Stratton's hit on Keith Lincoln, 1965.
  19. What is your problem with Walker? He's played far better than many of us (except maybe you) thought he would when the Bills signed him. He also filled in at LT reasonably well early this year. Give it a rest, jeez....
  20. I'm not sure Preston is an answer, but he does seem to play more physically than did Fowler. Unfortunately, he also displayed a penchant for some bonehead plays as well. As for Ellis not been given enough PT to show what he could do, I do recall his limited time on the field, and he got mauled far more often than not. He was frequently knocked to the ground with just a push/punch. Yeah, a bit more weight might be helpful, but he's way too weak to match up with Tackles in the NFL. The "man" needs to hit the weight room in a major way. I say, plan on him being a wash out. Draft and seek DE's. Kelsay needs to be cut from the team. Denney is solid backup. Schobel may or may not recover his former form (which was good, not elite). If Ellis proves this wrong, fine, we're the better for it, but it's totally on him, his skinny weak frame, and frankly, he didn't look all that quick to me when he was in there laying on his back.
  21. Blinders? Lights out? While we almost all agree that Edwards is a big upgrade over Losman, he has had more than his share of clunkers this year. His play would be described, at its best, as having been "hopeful, for things to come".
  22. "Poz is better", some say way better, "on the outside" Folks, how much film do we have on Poz manning either of the OLB positions? It may be that Poz is just an average player, or that he may come on next year (as this was his firt full year, being hurt early last year).
  23. Maybe this off season, Favre finally gets it right and realizes the game has passed him by, if not for any other reason than old merciless father time. I just don't believe he's up to he rigors of a 16 game schedule, let alone playoffs. This year it has also become glaringly apparent that old Favre has lost a few feet off his fastball.
  24. Ah, yet another Denney basher. While Denney isn't a highly talented guy, He does work hard, is at least capable of reading a play, and occasionally making one as well. Hard to fault a DE on an end-around when he's he lone wolf out there. Contain? contain what? There wasn't any other Bill anywhere near the line of scrimmage. If you want to go after a DE, start with "was there a game today?" Kelsay.... Here's a guy who almost never makes a play, or a rush, or anything other than to cash his rather large checks. The last play he's made was against Dallas, last year.
  25. Taking a making a few shots downfield opens things up underneath. The past few weeks, teams haven't given the underneath stuff any room because they weren't worried about the Bills going deep. An offense, as in life, runs best with balance.
