The hole in the wall 4am last call is part of what makes WNY great. If you are hanging out at a hole in the wall, you're probably having a impromptu high school reunion. I've been to LA, Miami, New Orleans, Dallas, ect. I don't like $200.00 cover charges and huge crowds of random faces. All personal preference.

Foles is a decent QB. But the Jags are horrible. He will fail there.

Who would win in a fight? Ninja or Unicorn
loyal2dagame replied to The Poojer's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Questions. Is it a basic run of the mill unicorn, or does it have mystical powers? And what type ninja are we talking about? Shinobi/Stormshadow/Snake Eyes type, or a plain Jane ninja? I need this clarification to decide. -
i was reading through this topic for the first time and was thinking the same thing before I read this post. you can't rejuvenate something/someone that hasn't had the time to show progress or regression. There are tons of unknowns going into next year for Rosen, Allen, Mayfield, ect. Hopefully Allen shows the most progress (and I think he will if he gets some oline help and pass catchers). I liked J.P. while he was a Bill. wish him nothing but the best. His pro career didn't work out, but he really seemed like a good guy and threw himself into the community. i remember how Kent Hull used to always call him B.J. instead of J.P. - would make everyone laugh.

January 2, 2004. Mike Mularkey couldn't coach this team to beat the Steelers 2nd and 3rd stringers to get into the playoffs. that was a wrap for him with me........ -
during the 80's and 90's high performing tight ends- and i mean the best in the league averaged from 50-60 catches a season and less than 700 yards. Ben Coates for the Pats and Shannon Sharpe while in Denver are the exceptions to this with multiple huge years(80+ receptions). The position just wasn't used like it is now. Pete Metzelaars was a solid tight end who would have put up monster numbers if he were playing in this no defense era. to provide perspective: 1996: 1 Shannon Sharpe DEN TE 80 1,062 13.3 70.8 51 10 16 2 52 65.0 1 2 Ben Coates NE TE 62 682 11.0 42.6 84T 9 6 1 37 59.7 1 3 Wesley Walls CAR TE 61 713 11.7 44.6 40T 10 4 1 44 72.1 0 4 Brian Kinchen BAL TE 55 581 10.6 36.3 29 1 8 0 26 47.3 0 5 Frank Wycheck HOU TE 53 511 9.6 31.9 29 6 4 0 25 47.2 2 6 Pete Mitchell JAC TE 52 575 11.1 35.9 30 1 3 0 28 53.8 1 7 Eric Bjornson DAL TE 48 388 8.1 27.7 25 3 5 0 21 43.8 1 8 Lonnie Johnson BUF TE 46 457 9.9 28.6 33 0 6 0 17 37.0 1 9 Jamie Asher WAS TE 42 481 11.5 30.1 34 4 8 0 25 59.5 0 9 Ken Dilger IND TE 42 503 12.0 31.4 51 4 9 2 22 52.4 1 11 Keith Jackson GB TE 40 505 12.6 31.6 51T 10 6 2 28 70.0 0 1994: 1 Ben Coates NE TE 96 1,174 12.2 73.4 62T 7 15 1 65 67.7 2 2 Shannon Sharpe DEN TE 87 1,010 11.6 67.3 44 4 14 2 51 58.6 1 3 Keith Jackson MIA TE 59 673 11.4 42.1 35 7 8 0 36 61.0 2 4 Johnny Mitchell NYJ TE 58 749 12.9 46.8 55 4 10 1 38 65.5 1 5 Brent Jones SF TE 49 670 13.7 44.7 69T 9 9 1 28 57.1 1 5 Pete Metzelaars BUF TE 49 428 8.7 26.8 35T 5 4 0 24 49.0 0 7 Jay Novacek DAL TE 47 475 10.1 29.7 27 2 2 0 33 70.2 0 8 Eric Green PIT TE 46 618 13.4 41.2 46 4 8 1 31 67.4 2 9 Irv Smith NO TE 41 330 8.0 20.6 19 3 0 0 17 41.5 0 10 Tony McGee CIN TE 40 492 12.3 30.8 54 1 5 1 24 60.0 0 1990: 1 Jay Novacek DAL TE 59 657 11.1 41.1 41 4 -- -- -- -- -- 2 Brent Jones SF TE 56 747 13.3 46.7 67T 5 -- -- -- -- -- 3 Marv Cook NE TE 51 455 8.9 28.4 35T 5 -- -- -- -- -- 4 Keith Jackson PHI TE 50 670 13.4 47.9 37T 6 -- -- -- -- -- 5 Pete Holohan RAM TE 49 475 9.7 29.7 28 2 -- -- -- -- -- 6 Steve Jordan MIN TE 45 636 14.1 39.8 38 3 -- -- -- -- -- 7 Mark Boyer NYJ TE 40 334 8.4 20.9 25 1 -- -- -- -- -- 7 Rodney Holman CIN TE 40 596 14.9 37.2 53 5 -- -- -- -- -- 9 Eric Green PIT TE 34 387 11.4 29.8 46 7 -- -- -- -- -- 9 Keith McKeller BUF TE 34 464 13.6 29.0 43 5 -- -- -- -- -

Buffalo area Collision/Body Shop
loyal2dagame replied to 707BillsFan's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Carubba is one of the best. I dealt with them all the time in my old line of work. They are one of maybe 2 shops i would ever use. Is the car owned or leased? That should play into the decision on where to go. If leased, take it to the dealer and let them do the work so there's no issues at turn in time. Hope your daughter was ok. -
Is Vander Eshe to Edmunds the same as Juju to Zay
loyal2dagame replied to Teddy KGB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Vander Eche plays for a high profile team in a big market. Talking heads tend to play more lip service to those team's players and overhype them. Look at all the Dak Prescott talk this week leading up to the game before he lead an egg. Vander Eche had a good rookie year, but I'm glad we have Edmunds. Edmunds went from looking lost in the beginning of the season to performing like a solid player by the end. He's developing as he goes and that's exactly what i hoped to see from him. I think Edmunds turns out to be more valuable in the longrun. -
AFC East merry go round that the Pats created

What if the other team's starting qb, wr, rb and oline has the flu and can't play due to dehydration? Do you still not put money on the Bills? ?
-
Allen has done ok with little to no help on offense. I can see him being mentioned in the same breath as Mahomes when the bills revamp the oline and he gets the wideouts/tight ends that can catch a ball. Edmunds is showing signs of being an anchor. Tre doesn't make mistakes too often- he makes plays. No way would the bills trade 3 cornerstones together for anyone. And Mahomes would look like garbage here with the current roster. ESPN and just about their entire staff is crazy.

I always thought of the Packers as a model for success, but now with all this Rodgers drama, not so much anymore. Thumbs down to the Pack

Maybe the culture in Pittsburgh has deteriorated so much over the past few years, that players are beginning to not go with the flow. The Steelers now have had 2 superstar players, Bell and Brown, take issues with different aspects of the team. i can't remember the Steelers ever having these problems in the past.
