Earlier today there were reports that the Patriots had made an offer to AJ. Later on the Boston Globe says there was no offer made. Perhaps the Hoody wanted AJ to go to the Bills and pretended he wanted him? Even if that happened I like the signing. Hope we get a good QB in the draft as well. Go Bills!

It’s one thing if the Clowns wanted him but if the Hoody does I say make him a decent offer and still grab a QB in the draft.

I hope the Chiefs think Mahomes is the next Brady and we can pick up Smith for our third round pick. He’d be a great mentor for Briscoe!

Could Jeremiah Briscoe be the next Carson Wentz or Jimmy Garoppolo? He was the leading passer by far in the FCS this year and only the second player in FCS history to repeat as the Walter Payton award winner. He looks like he has the size and attributes to be a starter in the NFL. I like the idea of the Bills picking him up with one of their existing draft picks and using the others to fill the many other roster needs. They could pick up a veteran QB to allow him to develop. For me KW exemplifies the blue collar work ethic of Buffalo with a never say die attitude. Hope he finally gets to the playoffs this year. Nobody deserves it more!

That was the whole point Reggie made to players he was trying to recruit. There is nothing to do there but play football and it worked. In the offseason go wherever you want but during the season live for football and nothing else. Lots of guys bought into and they won a lot of games. I bet there are Bills players saying the same thing and McD as well.

I didn't like the idea of paying but after I thought about and realized how hard it is to keep a paper profitable these days it was no biggie. Well worth the expanded coverage and costs about the same as a beer. Who can't afford that? I like the personal stories on the players. Loved the story on Jerry Hughes. He's been my favorite Bill since he came to the team because he always go full boar. Could live without the stupid penalties but love the passion he plays with even when they're out of the playoff race. Was great to hear how hard he works off the field and even better to hear he contributes lots of money to good causes. Thanks for listening and Go Bills!

With 3-4 wideouts and CJ as the only back he has averaged 6.7 YPC on 30 attempts. Wonder if Hackett even knows this?

It sounds like Thad deserved his fate. I really liked the kid though and wish him the best of luck. He did beat the Fish twice and for that he definitely deserves some recognition. We should all have a toast to him next time we have a beverage. I'm planning to.

Exactly, If you draft a QB you'll probably need to wait a couple years (unless you get lucky). Better to grab someone like Vick and draft some lineman and a linebackers. Groom Brohm, sp?, for a year and if you don't think he's a keeper then draft a QB next year.

First off I'd like to say Suulivan is a D....k He does have a couple valid points though. If the Bills did get a good offer for JP they would've taken it and it could be a distraction in the locker room. Personally I think where the Bills screwed up with JP was trying to make him a pocket passer. Clearly he's at his best when he's a mobile quaterback and it would have been fun to see what he could've done with a little more leeway. I'm not sure he'll ever be a starter in the league but it would have been fun to see him do what he does best. JP was also right about Ralph pulling the quaterback strings but even though he was frustrated he should have kept his mouth shut.
