    If I would nominate one athlete who is really "just a bad guy" it would easily be Chris Henry. In his recent encounter with the law Municipal Court Judge Bernie Bouchard set bond at $51,000 on charges of misdemeanor assault and criminal damaging. Noting Henry's previous arrests involving drugs, guns and alcohol, the judge called Henry "a one-man crime wave." Chris "Crime Wave" Henry. No thanks.

    Ah, The Courier Express! As a 7th and 8th grader I delivered the Courier Express every morning, 7 days a week. Not like those sissy boy Buffalo News carriers who only delivered 6 days, didn't have to get up early in the morning and didn't have to deliver the the massive Sunday paper like the Courier Express had.

    As many of you are aware of, former Orchard Park and later Canisius College Basketball star Brian Dux was in a car accident while over in England playing ball. He certainly sufferd many injuries, but has moved back to Orchard Park to live and receive treatment. A benefit will be held April 5th from 5-11pm. at The Town Ball Room on Main Street in Buffalo. The donation is $30.00 and includes a live band, drinks and food tasting etc. Tickets can be purchased at tickets.com or at the door.

    Count me in as someone who has no interest in drafting Rivers at number 11. I prefer Harvey. If Cromartie and Rivers are sitting there, I think the Bills will take Cromartie. The rumour on this board after the draft last year, was that the Bills had it down to Lynch or Revis for their first pick. Thus, having another shot at a playmaking CB, I almost expect the pick to be a CB this year. (though, having picked up James/Peterson, they certainly aren't forced into taking a CB)

    I wouldn't go to K-Mart or any box store like that. Odds are the components are much cheaper.(and won't last) Also, the bike is much more likely to NOT be put together right. It might be tempting to buy a cheap bike, but if you just move up and spend a little more your comfort level will be much higher. (and you will be more likely to bike more often) I'd try to support a local bike store, and odds are, like cars, they will have "last years" models at a discount price. Most bike stores will let you take bikes out for a test drive. I suggest that you do that, as it's amazing how different bikes handle and feel comfort wise according to your body size/type and past riding experiences. It sounds like a hybird bike might be one to consider. Generally there are 2 categories of hybirds."town/city bikes” and “comfort bikes” .

    lol No agenda here. Actually I prefer a discussion. For the third time, though, I will post that I disagree with the Fitna video for several reasons, among them are when it says: " the Islamic ideology has to be defeated."
