  1. SU secondary has been the weakest link today.
  2. This game is in the hands of the Syracuse defense. They can get help from a very loud crowd in the Dome.
  3. Sal Maiorana tweet at 6:15 pm: "It's inexcusable on the part of Dick Jauron that the Bills' starting offense skill players aren't going to play. Belichick must be laughing."
  4. So what did you expect him to say? How many coaches give explicit detail before an injured player is thoroughly examined? Hell, he won't say sh-- after Brady is examined. He's not going to draw a target on his QB.
  5. QFT This team didn't need to get a 35-year-old diva receiver in the off-season. It needed a coach that isn't a clueless game manager, an offensive coordinator who knows that he's doing, and linemen that beat the crap out of other teams. This is will all be very clear to even the most optimistic fans by 10 pm on Monday, September 14th.
  6. Click here for the new Brett Favre movie poster
  7. Brady with a short TD pass to the TE Chris Baker. If I was Belicheat, I'd call it a night for #12.
  8. oops wrong thread btw, the meat in this cheesesteak tastes funny.......kinda like korean food.....
  9. Brady getting his timing back. Got helped out on a long pass by a Kevin Faulk blitz pick-up.
  10. Rookie wearing #11 (Edelman) runs back a punt return for NE for a TD. Guess ol' Drew ain't gettin' his number retired.
  11. I would use one word to describe Peters (other than fat): lost.
  12. Brady heaves the ball deep to Moss, and gets picked. Touchdown Tommy has some work to do to get the rust off.
  13. Pats @ Eagles on Channel 4 in Boston. Tully Banta-Cain just ran by Jason Peters like he was a mannequin to sack Donovan McNabb. What a surprise!
  14. Both the Bills and the Sabres should go old school IMO.
  15. and childlike enthusiasm....don't forget that
  16. Tag. You're it.
  17. Why isn't Butch Byrd on the Wall of Fame? Unlike Lamonica he was a STARTER. Byrd holds the Bills' career records for interceptions (40), interception return yards (666) and interceptions returned for touchdowns (5). He was a five-time AFL All-Star. Byrd's most memorable play was a punt return in the 1965 AFL Championship game against the San Diego Chargers. Byrd is one of the best defensive backs in Bills history.
  18. FWIW, you can still get Tullamore Dew in the States. Another Irish Whiskey worth trying is Michael Collins. Had some at a pub in Boston, and it was like an Angel's breath on me tongue, bejesus. http://www.michaelcollinswhiskey.com/
  19. Sure looks like the suits at ABC told ESPN to soft pedal the Ben Roethlisburger story yesterday because he's appearing in Shaq's new TV show. As soon as everyone noticed that they weren't reporting it, then something was posted at ESPN.com.
  20. I can't disagree with what Moulds said. TO had a "nice guy players coach" in Dallas named Wade Phillips. How did that work out? The inmates ended up running the asylum, and the Cowboys missed the playoffs because the offense was a mess. In many ways, Randy Moss has done much worse things than TO has ever pulled. Owens has never been busted or quit on the field. (See http://football.about.com/od/nationalfootb...mossantics.htm) But Moss has been successful in NE because he has a head coach with a zero tolerance policy for misbehavior (well unless it involves taking out the knees of an opponent's QB). Is Dick Jauron that kind of coach? Would he be a hardass to keep control of the team? I am skeptical and apparently Moulds is too. I don't blame him.
  21. The news gets even worse. espn.com
  22. †Farewell and R.I.P.†
  23. I see what you did there.
