The nazis also repeated lies so frequently that the lies became accepted as truth. Kind of like the folks who wear red hats. -

No surprise. Literally none. These people shamelessly ignore the rule of law. -
Domestic terror beginning to run amok. After all of the pearl clutching about Antifa a couple of years ago (perhaps the quintessential hoax), you’d think the cultists would condemn actual domestic terror and support the FBI. I guess not. Back the Blue apparently is just a matter of convenience to these people.

He took a wide stance. Nothing more, nothing less. (That excuse was a hoax before hoaxes were invented.)

I wish this was a hoax. I wish I didn’t have to leave retirement from these parts to make this point. But my hand has been forced. To defund the FBI is to dilute, or maybe even destroy, an organization charged with preventing terrorist attacks on our country. It is disgusting that the cultists who believe that, because its mission of enforcing the law and protecting our country inconvenienced Donald Trump, that agency should be dismantled. I thought it was bad to rush to judgment. I thought it was bad to attack the “blue.” Apparently Republicans feel differently. How sad that it has come to this.

Good Night / Bad Night - Pre-season game 1

I think crowders money is guaranteed. So trading him is probably more helpful to the cap than cutting him. He may have negative value, but it might be worth paying a bit to save the cash. Haack May surprise us. I believe that the rams got a 7th from GB for bojorquez at the end of the preseason last year. So if I’m beane, I’m waiting until the end to cut Haack. -

Settle looked like he was at 3-tech last night live in the stadium. Bryant, I thought, played pretty well opposite him when they were paired. I think Moss stays and splits time with Cook next year when Singletary gets a better deal in FA. The question they will have to ask themselves if Keenum is bad with the 1s next week and with a big of game planning is whether they're better off with him at $4m at QB2 or with Barkley at vet min at QB2 and repurposing the Keenum cash. -
Good Night / Bad Night - Pre-season game 1

I was at the game and watched the broadcast late last night. I think Tasker said something about the velocity on that throw ambushing Crowder. I couldn't disagree more having watched it live from a vantage point much closer than Tasker's. It was not a high velocity throw. Crowder is allowed to leave his feet to catch the football. And that was a throw that had to have been caught. -

Moss should be in. He had a little bit of burst both last night and at the open practice. I think Crowder is a trade candidate, as is Haack. I have to say I’d like to see araiza hold at a location other than a hash to see if he can hit his spot without a guide. -
Maybe. They worked Morris in at FB too. So they’re checking things out there.

The way I took it was that this was beyond expectations. The word “wild” was stressed. And I tend to think it was, in fact, out of control because we haven’t heard a peep about from our local beat guys, some of whom surely know what’s going on. I suspect that Bills PR wanted to keep a lid on it and they put the word out (much like has happened with the situation regarding Kim’s health) that this one is a no-fly zone (bad pun intended) for anyone who wants to keep his/her relationship with the team.
-
I’ve heard (second hand, but from a “clean” filter) from someone on the flight home that it was a circus. Wildly emotional. Guys punching out seats, screaming at coaches, offense screaming at defense, guys crying. Culture and credibility are going to be issues this year, no doubt about it. But I think the Beasley nonsense has a far different origin and backstory than does the 13 second debacle.

I’m so glad he’s gone. I really am. This guy never grasped that his job last year was to check his opinions at the door and do everything he could to help the team win the Super Bowl. Not only that, he apparently flaunted rules that his employer either issued or by which it was bound. He’s entitled to whatever definition of freedom he wishes to apply. But not at work. Him and Feliciano can get together and complain about how their former employers didn’t tolerate insubordination and significant unauthorized changes to body composition. Good riddance to both of them.

Yes. It was McKenzie.
-
My reaction exactly. The NFC obviously isn’t as loaded as the AFC right now—and it will probably still be that way when Rodgers and Brady move on—so maybe Arizona wins the conference at some point. But I don’t see this guy as someone who is going to lead his team to a Super Bowl.

I can’t believe McD ever trusts him again. He had his own fiasco last year that cost us points. He had muff issues in camp last year. And, as you noted, he’s apparently had a tenuous relationship with the ball this spring.
-
If that schedule is true, a SNF against the Packers at home before Columbus Day is going to be wild.
-
Agreed. He may turn out to be a good player, but I struggle to see the trait that will make him an above average NFL starter. I hope I’m wrong.
