  1. No. The Bills can not allow an agent to hold contract hostage; the Bills have the right to exercise franchise tag like every other team. The Bills already TRIED appeasement before with Clements. It did not work. And I do not think he should have to sit. He should have to run on the field and get tees; maybe wear the mascot costume during halftime of the team Billy beats up. You can write petitions each week saying Byrd deserves Player of the Week and would have if the Bills made him highest paid player of the NFL like he deserves.
  2. It is no surprise another team's report broke this. Few of the local Bills reporters you would trust with a sharp item, even a pencil, and not stab a player in the back. The are even more jaded than fans and if *I* was involved in the Bills and needed to deal with the press I'd assuming the piranha biting the hand feeding it was not accidentally doing it but holding on to it while calling its friends. We have Sulking 'Sour' Sullivan and Rochester D&C bunch who tries to sell despair and makes it sound like candy, WGR since they have gotten back the flagship station of the Bills have gone from almost complete idiots to only occasional idiots.
  3. They were LSD trips with some magic mushrooms added.
  4. Hope they are in groups so the zombies can be killed efficiently.
  5. http://www.nfl.com/n...n-with-torn-acl The New York Jets announced that Berry suffered a season-ending knee injury in practice on Friday. The former second-round pick was in line to be a starter for the Detroit Lions last season before being arrested twice in one month during the offseason. He was cut by the Lions last July and served a three-game suspension for a DUI and brandishing a gun in his hometown of Harrisburg, Pa. Berry signed with the Jets in October, appearing in seven games. More bad news for the bad news jest.
  6. I believe the entire thing is a game of chicken - Parker thinks Bills will relent like they did with Clements and promise they will not tag Byrd again. That should actually be illegal since it is going around rules.
  7. Has any of current coaching/front office asked Schoebel to unretire?
  8. Some will always say "Ralph is cheap" no matter if it is true or not; Jerry Jones or Biilcheat are their idols. Stevie doesn't workout in offseason, plenty of time .
  9. He should go to Eugene Parker since he does not like to work off season.
  10. She does F5 as well. She would fit well on this board other than being fit and pretty.
  11. Maybe Cowboys will move to LA as Jerry promised a team or two would and will tell AT&T that paid for naming rights but no guarantee that Cowboys will play there.
  12. Maybe Brown's agent's commission was not based on off-season bonuses and only contract.
  13. You are a veteran. You can change your title to that if you want.
  14. Canks just close thread and end the jabs. The horse is dead. Anyone who opens a thread can close it. Even the owner of Byrd thread.
  15. Psychologists would say you see what is on your mind or what you seek/want.
  16. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000205917/article/five-nfl-scheme-changes-to-watch-offense Buffalo Bills While rookie quarterback EJ Manuel said the Bills' offense was easier to grasp than Florida State's, he also noted that Buffalo's playbook depicts "a true West Coast-type progression" attack. We expect the Bills to operate out of a pro-style base with elements of up-tempo and zone-read concepts. New Bills coach Doug Marrone fell in love with one-back formations and no-huddle looks last season at Syracuse. Flexibility will be paramount under coordinator Nathaniel Hackett, but what the new coaches must get right (and what Chan Gailey's staff never did) is consistently unleashing C.J. Spiller. Expect friskiness out of Buffalo. Just one writer (a writer who gets paid to write) opinion. We will see if large does of CJ increases output or the average just does down when teams adjust to his style of play.
  17. I wonder if bags will have holes in it to prevent people from filling them with air and using them as toys to throw around the stadium.
  18. Yes his agent is Nostradamus and knew his client would get hurt play only 5 games and would be cut following year with regime change after most of the big money was spent. I hope the agent is picking the lottery tickets using all of your savings for you.
  19. Detroit just recently filed for bankruptcy. Not sure if before or after thread started but I was surprised it was recent.
  20. Why did you update it? Windows 98 works fine. We dehydrate blackberries, First time we have ever tried something like this. My wife's "old fashioned" things would be strange to those on the wall since they are old Chinese things. They sell them in local Asian supermarket we shop at but neither my wife or I have ever seen them used but I keep getting tempted. They just call them garlic flowers in Asian market but now I know thanks to Poojer they are called Scapes. I will ask my wife to add some garlic to garden and try them. I used to have such a cast iron skillet wonderfully seasoned I bought from goodwill store when I was sophomore in college. It was one of first pans my wife ruined.
  21. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000220109/article/chiefs-rookie-sanders-commings-breaks-collarbone The Kansas City Chiefs rookie cornerback is out indefinitely after fracturing his left collarbone. Sanders Commings wasn't wearing shoulder pads at the time of the injury, which he suffered while trying to defend a pass intended for tight end Tony Moeaki. The Chiefs can't go in full pads until their fourth practice, per the collective bargaining agreement (aka agreement with the idiots). NFLPA does not believe in safety first which has been obvious for years according to collective bargaining stances.
  22. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000220115/article/what-we-learned-from-nfl-training-camps-tuesday 3. The Buffalo Bills released defensive end Mark Anderson after one disastrous season. We weren't expecting much from Anderson (neither was I), but it's hard to see where this team will get its outside pass rush. Manny Lawson and Jerry Hughes are the top options to start opposite Mario Williams.
  23. Too bad he did not have full back size, could be a Larry Centers.
