  1. Ya know, I saw Alstott may be moving on in the rumor mill, he would be a fun guy to add. I just feel like Shelton is a blocking stud though. Maybe he wants an H back type or to add a big RB like Bettis.
  2. Well said and I think your very right. TE- seeing Mark Campbell leave wouldnt break many peoples hearts. So there wouldnt be too much heart ache with that move. WR- I think this may be the spot where we make some waves. Evans is a stud but Moulds is slipping with his bad set of dropsies and fading speed. I see us maybe making waves and adding a higher rated WR FA than many would think. I especially feel this way with the comments from TD that our playmakers need to make more plays. I think adding another playmaker is what he has in mind. Who knows who it will be. I think the difficulty will be bringing in a guy who wants to be at least a number 2 WR and telling he has to compete with Moulds/Evans, that would turn off lots of players. I just think he comments are interesting about needing more plays from playmakers. Who or what position is he talking about, McGahee is set, Moulds and Evans are set with a kinda put on Moulds, TE is a sure fire spot to upgrade, thats it what else is there!
  3. Like it or not expect some more waves coming. He is making it clear that there is work to do. He started with the o-line. If you dont wnat the Bills to spend serious money and/or high draft picks on the o-line this offseason , you better stick your head in the sand for a few months. You can expect some more playmakers to be added to and I for one applaud that notion! A big name TE will be signed and I see a fairly big name WR being added as a #2b. Im excited because Ithink hes absolutely ON the money! The O wasnt good enough, it wasnt productive enough in the big games, we need to add to our talent to get to the top.
  4. If your cat got in MY DOGS face, MY DOG would probably pee herself. Hope you didnt take it differently, my dog is a panzy. What a beautiful and well behaved, intelligent dog.
  5. Thanks for the misleading information. Rather than attempt to run you rown numbers why not trust in sources like Billsdaily. Your way off and for some reason not using the much publicized 85 mill cap for 2005. We are currently about 12 or 13 mill under and will go to 15 mill under with the Drew cut.
  6. No way that son of a B word (or maybe daughter of a bithc is more accurate) can run frikkin circles around a Ferrari! Seriously though, if your cat got in her face she'd probably pee herself.
  7. The only thing I hate more than obnoxious slams is annoying gloating This is the move that I also wanted, I by NO means am a Drew lover. But, I think we could practice some more tolerance and be a bit more civilized.
  8. Not really, I have a german shorthair and absolutely LOVE that dog. What a great breed. http://www.westminsterkennelclub.org/index.html
  9. Sorry, I miss spoke, I thought we had them on our sched. NE is the one Im gunning for. But it works against my arguement supporting JP to think that he hiccups against NE. I want JP to go into that game WITHOUT all the baggage that Drew went into that game with. Obviously he wont have that baggage but I want him to go in with an open mind not clouded by the Vulcan-brain-freeze that Belichump put on Drew. I want JP to not be puzzled by the crap that Beli throws him. I hope it all works. Ya know, maybe JP plays just the same but scrambles out of that sack-fumble-TD that Seymour slammed on us. Maybe that ONE play represents a chance to split wth the Pats behind JP and give us a shot at the division title.
  10. Its a likeable comparison obviously. I think JP has some more scramble than Favre but certainly not to the level of Vick. I think JP's arm may not be as strong as Favres but he may be a touch more accurate and have better vision. I also think Brett tends to take a light hearted approach and simply laugh off the stress. I think JP may be more fiery like a Jim Kelly and be a touch more "all-about-business". But, yes I can see the comparison and yougotta love the thought of having aguy as good as Favre on your team if it turns out to be true.
  11. Im 100% in agreement and have been saying this for weeks. Id like our o-line to get the uptmost attention in FA and/or the draft. Id like to see us spend big money on the best guys out there. If there isnt a stud LT like Walter Jones, fine re-sign Jennings but sign a stud LG like Marco Rivera or Cosey Coleman or maybe Joe Andruzzi. Im worried most about the LT spot. We MUST protect JP's blindside. We simply cant afford to let him get rattled which will stunt his learning curve. I think TD has a trick up his sleeve and lands us a STUD LT!!!!
  12. The reason is simple, if your holding out for JP, you lose alot by not giving JP the reigns very very early. JP needs ALL the reps with the 1st team as soon as possible to get good as soon as possible. A competition would have hurt JP's learning curve (see Eli Manning).
  13. UGHHH. Id like to see us form a single o scheme and get a QB who has similarities to Losman that can also run it. A statue like O'Donnel would necessitate an entire shift in philosophy.
  14. I so cannot wait to see what JP has to offer. Yes, I will agree chances are good that JP stutters and looks bad from time to time. Personally, Im happy with a wildcard spot with many ups and downs from JP's season. I fully expect to see JP get eatin alive with 4 picks in a game or a few fumbles etc... agaisnt some of the leagues best like Philly. But, I simply cant wait to watch him scramble for a 20 yard TD or throw his first 30 yard TD to Evans or Moulds. How exciting will it be to watch him layout Zack Thomas, Sam Madison, or Rodney Harrison on a lead block to spring McGahee for a 50 yarder. The kid has talent, unproven at this point in NFL terms, but talent. He also has an attitude and I cant wait to see that rear its head. Will it be jacking up some o-lineman for missing a block, getting a holding penalty, or a false start? Will it be Evans for running the wrong route? This is an exciting time for anyone who likes watching young football players grow. And you know that with a few stellar plays, good games, or big wins, the media will start bl_wing him like a chocolate covered trailer hitch. If nothing else, we get to hear some hype about OUR young QB instead of the Jests, Miami, or that clown Peter Brady (I gotta respect him for the 3 SB rings but I still dont have to like him). JP could very well bring excitement to the QB spot that we havent seen since Flutie or Kelly. I have been SO sick of the ho..humm QB's who supposedly lead by action or are refered to as "quiet" leaders. I want fire and action. JP has it. This is a very exciting day for the Bills and I hope it turns out to earn us our SB ring Amen for TD, and Amen for the beloved Bills!!!!
  15. How can rooting for one player so cloud logic from a persons mind. Ohh wait, I like Joey Harrington Sorry, I got nothing NJSue, Im only glad there off my a_s for my support of Joey!
  16. Dude, why am I picturing dirt being kicked into a grave?
  17. Probably the latter, how long did Flutie-fans keep bithcing? Sorry, but nothing short of a message board rules overhaul will keep the Bledsoe lovers from bashing this move for many months to come. I choose to simply ignore it and talk what I want anyways. So, Im all ears! How about Kurt Warner? Yes over the hill, yes a statue, but he will at least settle for a backup job....ohh wait, forget him! How about Mike McMahon, yes 2 hot heads at QB butboth are similar so at least the offensive scheme built around JP still applies to the #2. I think that may be important, to have a scheme that fits #1 and #2. How about Akili Smith if he plays well in NFL Europe?
  18. absolutely, he could have been a real calming force to what looks to be a roller coaster ride of a season next year with a young QB full of piss and vinegar. He could have rode off into the sunset as a very well respected QB who road the bench but helped lead, call plays, and coached. Instead he chose to overrate his talent, make stupid comments about having a choke hold on his job, and fall out of favor.
  19. Dont blame me, I swear these clown journalists call each other on the phone and co-releas half factual breaking news or simply copy other peoples stories.
  20. I love Jim Kelly, but 2 years out of the league he claims he is still better than 80% of the QB's on Sportsline with McG. Where do these guys get this stuff? They seriously arent the best evaluators of what they are and are not and can and cannot do.

  22. before yougo name calling, I admit that I was wrong because I just posted that i didnt think we would go that route. But, no WGR doesnt hold an ounce of credibility to KFFL or Jay Glazer at FoxSports.
  23. heres the comment: Bills | Bledsoe Release Coming Soon - from www.KFFL.com Tue, 15 Feb 2005 15:41:09 -0800 Updating ongoing reports, Jay Glazer reports on FOXSports.com that the Buffalo Bills have indeed decided to release QB Drew Bledsoe.
