I am no expert on this, but the new mortgage should be able to cover the profit piece. Remember, your new mortgage would include the "profit"..which I assume you would split equally. guess you missed the part where an actual freaking "JOB" was included in every scenario. And in either case, ya don't need to be rich to live like a 23 yr old. Damn, me nephew just spent the better part of 3 months exploring Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal and some other places ..all for less than $2k!!!! Hostels and a tent on your backpack, no cell service, eating street food, making new friends and breaking bread and sleeping in their homes( some even female he tells me!!)....thats what I am talking about. BTW, same kid came home for about two months..and has now gone off to South America and is working on a mushroom farm near Machu Pichu and loving every minute of it. He is 22..having the time and the experiences of a lifetime..he has 40 more years for a career and saving for retirement... Should also mention every dime that funded these trips he has earned.. MY SIL ain't got a dime extra every week

Hey @K-9 rereading it think maybe a TOTAL of 750K, or about $46K for each game he was on the 46...so he forfeited $46K...certainly not enough for the Bills to do it for cap puposes

the way I read it was at the end of the year if he was on the 46 for 16 games..he would get the $750K. The incentive itself sounds asinine to me, and i am sure there had to be protections for injury..or his agent should never negotiate another contract in the NFL. I mean just think if that was the case, the Bills were sitting at 2-9..and they sat him one game to save the $750K.So something seems off, but at face value in that article I wonder if Davis is the back of his head was "damn, this team sat me to save the $750K..they are not about winning, what am I doing out here" Its a weird situation for sure

No one thinks this little detail is important? I sure as hell do. Davis was not on the active 46 for the opener?????? Could Davis have seen that as strictly a money-saving move by the Bills? Was it a money-saving move? That is not a good look to me on the surface.

Man, i was killing him on completed passes..just like I used to do with Tyrod. The completions to Clay and Demarco were both awful, yet completed, passes. Accuracy to me is way more about ball placement than it is completion percentage..and Allen is hurting in that area now.

I have a serious question..what are the Democrats hoping to accomplish here? If he does not get confirmed, what do they expect to happen? And for the record, I believe this is 100% about denying Trump his guy..its not about "the guy" I am hoping the mid-terms go all anti-Trump and anti-republican...i think this can energize his base, get Republicans out to vote on what I see now to be a blue wave..and Trump will still get to nominate the next guy right?
