I hear he ALREADY parks at Hammers - that's going to be his spot for regular work days. I think.
Dare I say, if Rex does well in Buffalo he could reach Bill Brasky-like status!!
HO-LY CRAP - this was the big plan all along!
The Bills aren't moving to LA, the Pegula's (and Rex, of course) are moving Los Angeles to Buffalo!
#IOLAM
But you leave off the part where he went 9 - 7 and 11 - 5 and made the AFC Championship game twice in a row!
What if you said in the past 6 years the XXX coach was above .500 twice (AFC Title Game), was at .500 twice (a threshold we've crossed twice since 2004) and was under .500 twice? Not as terrible, especially when you consider the Jets front office the past several years...
Spiller mention in this article about the backs being excited for Ryan:

I also look at it this way - not only do we have more talent, I think that Rex is a better coach (and will put together a better staff) than Marrone. Marrone almost got us into the playoffs. The more I reflect on it, the more I like the move...
Proof's in the pudding, though.
Trust me, that thought was running through my head!
Still, we've been calling for an "innovative" O guy, from that article sounds like Roman *could* be it. Bring on the crazy late-night formations and sequences! But please, just score some points!!
Good find - sounds like the guy is a legit Offensive mind, let's hope he opens it up in Buffalo. There was some speculation that Harbaugh's conservative nature hamstrung Roman a bit. We shall see!
I'm scared - Sully is on-board with the move

Even better he advocates first for Shanny - I can only see the "Pegula's failed by hiring a retread!" after he loses a game or two!
The Bleacher Report article is even more confusing it actually says the Bills are the ones that are "worried" that Rex is apprehensive about the job because of the QB.
It doesn't actually say "Rex said he's wary of the QB" (other than in the misleading headline).
