    If I were the owner I'd leave the football decisions up the to the football people, unless I think I don't like what they're doing, then I'd dictate to the football people what they should be doing and what their job is.

    1) this is coaching staff, not personnel and 2) neither Babich or Brady were our coordinators at the start of last season, so even your "the same people" comment isn't accurate. On the staff, sure? Leading their side of the ball? Took a few weeks for Brady to get that...
