She had - on the approval of the DA that was in charge of the case because she was needed for the deposition rounds. She was not needed for the appellate stage, thus the March denial. So, even if she wasn't there for entrapment, you still have to wonder why State overruled the presiding DA to allow her into the country to help out a case against the US government.

The circumstantial evidence is very strong that the State Department visa approval was not purely coincidental. Why would State break protocol and approve a visa for someone to testify against the interests of the US Government?

Surprised BADOL hasn't chimed in with his replacement value theory on the Hock debate. While Hockenson may be the top TE in this draft, it's ridiculous to consider him at the Top 10. He's the best TE in a generally weak TE draft class, and the replacement value for what he will provide is definitely less than #9.
