Good post John! I still feel our best shot at the playoffs is with DB though. Until either Drew is so awful, you have no choice to pull him, or we are all but out of the playoffs, we should stay the course at QB. I'm a big fan of JP, but like John said, we need to lower our expectations at first. We don't have the Raven Defense, or running game, so a rookie QB leading a team to the playoffs, in this big of a hole already, isn't likely.

We've lost another game with him as our starting QB, he does nothing to "pick up" his teammates. Brady's teammates put him in a 1st and 35 hole, what did he do about it? When's the last time Drew's been a bigger part of the solution, then the problem?

If he did that, could you imagine the crap that'd be written here? Drew Bledsoe does many things on the football field I despise. One thing I admire about him though, is that no matter how bad his ass gets beat, he's in there trying to do well until the gun sounds. As far as your last point John, even though I know you're a fan of Drew, I don't doubt you'd support Matthews just as much. We could use a few more Bills fans like that...

Unfortunatly, putting Drew in a short passing, ball controlled offense is like mixing oil and water. What in the hell were the Bills thinking? It's like they were setting him up to fail. (if you believe in conspiracy theories) Drew has been average, to downright awful at times, but to pin his lack of production all on him, is ignorant at best. He has arguably the worst pass protecting O-Line in football, and he's got a diesel engine for legs. If the Bills want this O-Line to line up every Sunday, then they shoulda got a QB with fuel injection to hold the reins until JP was ready. I can deal with the fact that people are pissed at Drew, I'm amongst that crowd. To blame everything on him is crazy.

This was me... and Dan, stop it, you are embarrassing Bills fans. For you to even make that comment, makes me think you would consider Drew a better QB then Dante. I've said it before, and I'll say it again... Some people should not admit they are Bills fans when talking football. I don't want us all painted with the same brush.

I think Drew has looked good, but couldn't any QB in this system? It's not like we gameplanned towards his strengths. For what we're paying him, we could have got a scrub QB that handed off 35 times, and dinked and dunked his way down the field. Coulda used the money we're wasting at QB and upgraded our O-Line to be a true power running team. This is not a knock on Drew in any way, more like a knock on TD. Hopefully they open it up a little more, there's nothing prettier then watching Drew launch that deep ball. (except watching Jimbo do it)

the thing that really burns my ass on that play, it was 4th freaking down. Even if he gets the pick, we have worse field position. You are taught in Pop Warner, on 4th down, just knock the damn ball down. This was part selfishness, part stupidity all rolled into one.

I hate Brady, but I'm embarrased Bills fans have such little football knowledge. He is a top 5 QB in this league. NOT a top 5 scrambler, not a top 5 thrower but a top 5 QB easy. Suck up some pride, and quit looking so damn stupid. He got pounded just as he got rid of the ball a few times last night. Whenever the Colts would score, and change the momentum, what did Brady do? He ANSWERED with a score of his own. Also, his O-line is terrible, and on very few occasions did he have alllll dayyyyyyyyy to throw. Go back, take the hate goggles off, and watch the game again.
