  1. Stop Stop stop. NO JON Kitna. No thank you. No way, no how. Jon Kitna has about as good of an arm as Chad Pennington. If Jon Kitna was worth anything, he wouldn't have been kicked off the sehawks, and benched by the friggen bengals. And wtf would the bengals want henry? They have rudi johnson?!?!? At least if you're gonna do a rb for qb trade people come up with a team that I don't know that actually needs a rb? This dallas and cincinatti stuff is never gonna happen. Bledsoe/Henry for dallas's 1st= Henry for Jon Kitna= Come up with something new some of these trade ideas are really making me laugh
  2. I went with CJ Brooks OG Maryland. We're weak on the interior of our line yet. I think we'll resign jennings. Jimmy williams would be my 2nd option
  3. 1.) Terrell Owens 2.) Randy Moss 3.) Marvin Harrison 4.) Javon Walker 5.) Andre Johnson Honorable mention( Jimmy Smith, Eric Moulds, Hines Ward,Joe Horn, Chad Johnson)
  4. Packers 38 Vikings 35- GB wins in OT on a ryan longwell fg Indy 45 Denver 13- Jake Plummer shows up. The Broncos lose. Harrison and company school the donkeys secondary. Chump Bailey has miserable day. Seattle 23 STL 17. Matt Hasselbeck throws the game winning td in ot to jerry rice. Yes thats right They're gonna get the ball and they're gonna score SD 28 Jets 10- Noodle arm shows once again he can't win a big game. LT has a big day
  5. Wrong. 1. Week 2. Buffalo @ Minn. Bledsoe 2 Peerless Price. Bills win 45-39 2. Week 4. Chicago @ Buffalo. BUF TD TRAVIS HENRY 26 YD PASS FROM DREW BLEDSOE, 1:58 Bills win 33-27 And we also went to ot with the jets in week 1. Our offense never got the ball as Chad Morton returned the ot opening kick for his 2nd kickoff td of the day. Granted 2 is only 1 more than 1, but we haven't had a hell of a lot of ot games, but to blame every single loss we had on Drew Bledsoe in the past 3 years is just factually inacurate. The people on this board are starting to sound like jet fans blaming every loss on hackett. So Basically the Drew Crusaders want us to believe every game we won was in spite of Drew, and every loss was because of Drew Drew Has limitations, but if you honestly believe we'll win 10-11 games with JP losman who hasn't taken a snap let thrown a pass in a meaningfull situation yet, well than I got a piece of the brooklyn bridge I'd like to sell you.
  6. How dare you spoil the crusade of The Anti-Drew Legion with facts of winning in crunch time situations
  7. I've thought thise for the past few years. Basically since we had Bledsoe. We missed the boat on Jason Witten. I'm hoping someone like Bubba Franks, Freddie Jones, or Marcus Pollard(if the cults cut him) are avilable. If Not that route maybe someone else more draft knowledgeable knows a te out there who will be available? I like Mark Campbell and Tim Euhus has potential, but an upgrade in te, would not only open up our offense, give Drew and eventually Jp another reliable target, but it would make us harder to defend.
  8. Under no circumstances what so ever would the cowboys trade a 1 for Bledsoe/Henry. When they already have Julius Jones. Bledsoe is gonna be here next year. He'll probably be starting for us next year as well, I know most of you hate to hear this, but our best chance to win right now is with Bledsoe at qb. Go The Chad Pennington route with JP, and you'll all be grateful for it in the future, when Losman can learn the game from the outside-in. We Have an exciting future in Mcgahee/Evans and eventually Losman, but that future with Losman won't begin until 2006, and we'll only be better for it.
  9. IF JP starts we hit a major fork in the road with a 5-11 season. Bledsoe Bashers will be confused about who to blame, they will become confused, disoriented, and violently convulze until their heads explode from over analyzing why we failed without using the phraze "It's all Drews Fault" but on a serious note, evenetually this is JP's team, I just don't believe it's JPs Team in 2005 and I think going the chad pennington route will untimatly benefit this team in the future.
  10. We have Fletcher, and Spikes, Milloy, Clements.Mcgee, Vincent. Not everyone can get stats, but we could use an upgrade at olb. An interesting choice to maybe look at is UFA Julian Peterson. Granted he had an achilles injury, but he was easily a top olb before the injury, and may want out of san fran. Lord knows I would. Either way I think due to his injury I think he could be had pretty cap friendly, and the upside to peterson even after his injury would be tremendous
  11. If there is open competition for the qb spot next year Drew Bledsoe is our starting quaterback for 2005. I like the future in losman, but I honestly believe he needs another year to sit and learn the nuances of the game, play mop up duty as the #2 qb for a year, Before he takes the field in 2006. Sometimes it's better to have on the job training, than to be thrown into the fire. Like If I owned a large company, and decided to leave that company. I'd train my sucessor, rather than just quitting and say "Ok well the ship is yours best of luck to ya" Either way I think we have a promising future. Mcgahee/Evans/Losman. I like it
  12. Sleep? Whats sleep? The only thing that matters today is the BUFFALO BILLS, yeah and the jets or broncos losing. For everyone going to game. Pump That place up. I want some serious noise in that stadium today, and most importantly have fun. LETS GO BILLS!!!!!!
  13. AMEN AMEN AMEN!!!! DEAR GOD, It's me again, I know we haven't talked in awhile, but besides asking for the bills to destroy pittsburgh tomorrow, could you throw Buffalo a playoff bone, and have the jets, and or broncos lose or both. Thank you God!!! LETS GO BUFFALO!!!!!
  14. Thanks for the Bump of This. Will Definitly Watch on Direct TV. I can't wait for tomorrow to get here. I don't think I'm gonna sleep much if at all tonight
  15. orginally Lincoln had us going 1-2 in our last 3 games. Losing to cincy, beating san fran, losing to pitt. He originally had jets and jags making the playoffs as the wc's
  16. I'd take Bledsoe for his arm and veteran leadership. However the same reasons that drew has been criticized in his career, I've noticed are the same weaknesses that pennington has. That Deer in Headlights look, Being flustered under pressure and knocked off the game plan. 2002 Pennington was new and exciting, teams couldn't stop him. Than he plays some games, goes into oakland gets sacked a bunch of times, and since than has been injury prone, and well not the same qb. The Biggest reason I'd take Drew Over Pennington Arm strength and durability. We could count on Drew to be there basically the whole season (much to the dismay of some) Pennington well not so much. Arm Strength because if we were down 21-7 especially in a place where it was cold/snowy/windy I'd rather have the guy who with one throw could get you back into the game.
  17. I don't know whats worse that someone actually has this jersey or that someone actually bid on this jersey Current bid: US $1.75
  18. lol No I didn't mean it in a bossman/ice type of way. I just basically meant, I want to see us against one of the best. To find out if we can go from being a good team to a great team. I believe we could beat the steelers at full strength, but we have the luxury of not having too (at this moment). Regardless of what happens I'm definitly walking away from this season happy with the improvement that the bills have shown after starting 0-4, but it would be sweet to make the playoffs. I'd just prefer beating the best to get there. So heres to a Bills Win, and Jets and Donkeys loss next sunday!! GO BILLS!!!
  19. I'm gonna keep this short and get right to the point. I for one hope the steelers play the majority of their starters and play to win and heres why. In the playoffs you only play the best, and like Marv Levy used to say "You Win the games you should win, Some of the games you could win, and one of the games YOU CAN'T WIN" I wanna find out just how good we really are, and The only way to do that is against a playoff opponent in a must win game. So Heres to hoping the steelers play to win and don't rest their starters and that the bills come out on top, and if we don't than we don't deserve the playoffs.
  20. Jake Plummer is a big game in what will most likely be a shootout against the colts? With Dwight freeney and Robert Mathias on the other side. The colts playing their starters? Colts 38 Donkeys 13
  21. This season will go down as the quietest 20 td season that Bledsoe has ever had, but the wins just keep rolling up, and with a little help by the broncos or jets or both, and a win next sunday than hopefully we can keep the wins rolling all the way to jacksonville in early febuary
  22. I 2nd what you said, but it still would be sweet to make the postseason, but no matter what I walk away from watching the 2004 season once again proud to be a bills fan WTG COACH MULARKEY ON YOUR 1ST WINNING SEASON WITH THE BUFFALO BILLS. TO MANY MORE OF THOSE IN THE FUTURE
  23. Indy losing today makes them the #4 seed in the nfl which means they play the #5 seed which most likely is the jets. Blowing a game next week against denver doesn't change the fact they play most likely the jets. The #6 seed would play the #3 seed the chargers. Indy losing today imo helps us. I'm sure the colts won't want to go into the playoffs on a 2 game losing streak
  24. We don't "NEED" the jets to lose their next 2 games. We need denver to lose next week and for us to win today and next week for us to make it. If the Jets lose their next 2 and we win today and next week we get the 5th spot, but all we "NEED" is for the broncos to lose to the colts next week and for us to win out
