  1. Bills 2005 Schedule Sep 11 Houston Win (Losman era begins with a W 3TD's passing and 1 rushing) Sep 18 @Tampa Bay Win (Defense/ST wins a close one) Sep 25 Atlanta Win (The Ron Mexico experience falls short against wild Buffalo home crowd) Oct 2 @New Orleans Loss (defense suffers against the running attack) Oct 9 Miami Win (200+ yards rushing for Willis) Oct 16 N.Y. Jets Loss (a close heartbreaker) Oct 23 @Oakland Win (pay back for a game we should have won last year) Oct 30 @New England Loss (even without the cursed Drew Bledsoe) Week 9 BYE 5-3 feelin' pretty good so far Nov 13 Kansas City Loss (again we lose to a strong ground attack) Nov 20 @San Diego Loss (Antonio Gates finds the soft spots and wins the jump balls) Nov 27 Carolina Win (Carolina is held to under 180 yards total offense and we dominate time of possession) Dec 4 @Miami Win (Miami loses on the way to a 4-12 record) Dec 11 New England Win (Defense finally gets stout and keeps Brady on the move, win by a FG) Dec 17 Denver Loss (unfortunate let down with the play-offs in our sights, a trick play gone bad costs us the game) Dec 24 @Cincinnati Win (everyone predicts a loss but Losman makes a name for himself with a long scoring drive in the closing minutes) Jan 1 @N.Y. Jets Win (We finally win a hard one when we need it and make the play-offs) 10-6 play-off bound
  2. Jim Leonhard My new favorite Bill. He will be a special teams phenom...
  3. uh-oh, maybe that card with JP in a leather helmet was a sign of things to come...
  4. John Post Oak I like it, kind of an Indian porn name ...
  5. Ha! I love it. Drew Bledsoe, one of the NFL's top sack magnets, will be on the run in Dallas. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/nfl/
  6. I like this quote: "I was kind of surprised on how many people actually came back when I pulled up here Monday," said defensive end Chris Kelsay. "I don't believe we had this many people here last year so it was a pleasant surprise that people are taking it serious that we have a lot of potential." Sounds like a pretty positive mindset from these guys. I believe that Losman being there early and showing that he is willing to work harder to succeed this year will have a positive influence on the team. Should help strengthen his leadership role.
  7. http://www.buffalobills.com/news/news.jsp?news_id=3139 Happy to see the team working together already. I hope we get even more guys showing up this week.
  8. I would be concerned if he was drafting first and second rounders who did not start or make an impact in their first couple of seasons, as is the case with some other teams. At least we are making good use of our first couple of picks.
  9. Information about the Fan Club is coming soon.
  10. I have Cabrera in a keeper league and I am very happy with him. I'd go with him because he has tons of upside.
  11. I wish Jones would be there in the 4th but that is probably unlikely. He's kind of like Phillip Rivers last year where all the hype is moving him up the charts. In Rivers junior year I figured he would be a great 3rd round bargain and then from his senior year and on he started getting so much hype that he climbed up the draft charts and probably got picked much sooner than he should of. Jones would be a great pick in the 3rd or 4th round but will probably go much sooner. As for Clarett, just say no. Otherwise, nice picks.
  12. George Castanza to Jerry Seinfeld Lenny to Squiggy
  13. I agree. He is definitely a rock star and will be famous regardless of the outcome of this show. Awesome voice.
  14. That's what I was thinking. I guess he was trying to stay calm but his reaction was very strange.

  16. damn, Drew looks pretty buff in that picture, almost like a professional athlete.
  17. They could draft Frye but I believe he is too good for this category.
  18. Rams | Negotiations with Pace at a Standstill - from www.KFFL.com Tue, 15 Mar 2005 10:41:45 -0800 Jim Thomas, of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, reports the St. Louis Rams have until Wednesday, March 16, to sign franchise OT Orlando Pace to a long-term deal before a four-month blackout period kicks in when the team cannot negotiate a long-term deal with him. Pace characterized negotiations as being "at a standstill" with St. Louis. The team has offered him a deal worth $51 million, including a $15 million signing bonus. However, the guaranteed money in the deal is less than what the Seattle Seahawks gave OT Walter Jones. Seeing as he has turned down this offer, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say we can't afford him.
  19. The Fins seem to be in a rut here, only signing mediocre quarterbacks whose last names start with an F. (Fiedler, Feely, Frerotte) I see a Flutie signing coming very soon.
  20. Everyone was envious of Boris who was hung like a pig.
