  1. I like how they called him out on this last night. I have a feeling that the judges and Barry Manilow et al, thought it was his own arrangement and they were upset that he tried to pass it off without crediting Live. Seacrest basically said, it's gonna be hard for you to do the genre shows unless you can find a rock remake of one of the songs on the list each week. Simon, who credited him for his originality and for not selling out last week, stated this week that he had to "show a different side of himself" aka selling out.
  2. Let's see, Owens refused to accept a trade to the Ravens and ended up in Philly. So if he knew that Dallas was interested in him and were planning on giving him an insanely inflated contract, you don't think he would have refused a trade to Buffalo? By the way, the answer is yes, he would have refused.
  3. The inmates are officailly running the asylum...
  4. She is what the lesbians call well hung.
  5. Man, the NFL just keeps dissing Seatle over and over again. We know how they feel...
  6. Miller Lite...and lots of it.
  7. For some reason this song always reminds me of when Tim Horton died. It must have been popular at that time or something. I was a huge Horton fan and it was so sad the way he died...
  8. Eh, no need to apologize, he still has a puny arm...
  9. Holcomb is working out as well. There was a quote from Nall when he came in to tour the facilities where he said that Holcomb and Losman were both in the gym and he was happy to see their work ethic. "J.P. and Kelly were both in the weight room when I toured the facilities, and just from the looks of things, I know they have a good work ethic," said Nall, who also said he is looking forward to being reuinited with former LSU teammates, wide receiver Josh Reed and tight end Robert Royal, along with former NSU teammate, cornerback Terrence McGee.
  10. I don't get it... Am I missing something?
  11. My wife bought a t-shirt with headphones on it that she saw Elliott wearing on one of the shows. She didn't go and search for it, she just saw it in the store, liked it and bought it. Thank God she didn't get a Mandissa Muumuu.
  12. I'm not sure if it would change your second first round pick but Denver has #22 not #29. They traded 29 to Atlanta who traded it to the Jets.
  13. Yes to both, most recently Cats in the Cradle when my son was born. Also Bette Mildlers "The Rose" gets to me because it was sung at my Fathers funeral.
  14. I agree. I hope they lose 10 games this year due to missed field goals.
  15. Can you imagine how T.O. will react the first time Vanderjagt misses a kick that costs them the game? Oh yeah, he won't care as long as it doesn't interfere with one of his end zone dances or affect his personal stats...
  16. Betcha Edinger ends up in New England. Kicking in Chicago makes him more qualifies to hanle the weather in New England. Plus he kicked something like 4 game winners last year.
  17. Actually, the 29th pick now belongs to the Jets. I believe the Broncos other first rounder is #22. This makes the deal more attractive to us but also less likely to happen.
  18. I think we would have to say yes to that. We will still get an impact player in the first round and a quality lineman or safety prospect in the second. Where do I sign?
  19. I don't know, I like Allen quite a bit too but I don't thik he'll be there for very long in the second round. Allen is climbing up the charts and he may even go late in the first. I would love it if he drops and the Bills take him.
  20. Great review Johnny Coli. Probably more entertaining than the show, well no, I take that back, I get to look at Katherine McPhee during the show.
  21. ajzepp, I agree that Chris' version was very good, and I too thought it was original, until I heard this version, recorded by Live a couple of years ago. This is the second time in 2 weeks that Chris performed a remake of an original. This is a creative way of avoiding being stumped by the genre shows but at least last week he credited the Chili Peppers. I attached a link to the mp3 which worked earlier but for some reason is acting up now. Hopefully it will work. http://www.soulpatrolshirts.com/media/walktheline.mp3
  22. Unfortunately, there is no way we get a first rounder for Moulds. There are definetly teams that will want him because he is still a #1 receiver and that means something, however, we will probably get a 3rd round pick at best.
  23. Just make sure you're prepared if you have to go in Billy Joe.
  24. Heck, Atlanta gave us a first for our #2 receiver a few years ago, maybe they'll give us a first rounder for Moulds.... Oh, too late, they already traded away their first rounder for Abraham.
