  1. No doubt. He's not ready to be a NFL quaterback. At least we know Holcomb can score points.
  2. we need to get the dam defense off the field....this is f uking pathetic. The Bills defensive line is getting dominated and the linebackers and corners are not tackling well.
  3. The Bucs will win 17-6. Buffalo won't score a TD in this game and Losman will give them 6. Let's be real. The Bills have never played well in Tampa Bay, never have never will!
  4. Dumb move on TDs part. Bringing another Steeler in here and this clown hasn't snapped for us is going to cost a couple of games early on. Tom, why don't you suck up your pride and get rid of the real special teams problem.
  5. Buftex, I think you hit it right on the button. TDdoesn't wan to admit failure especially with people he wants to pick up. He's only let go of 1 draft pick. Lindell cost us two games last year and might actually cost us more this year. Why? Because the Bills won't be scoring a lot of points this year and FG kicking is going to be even more crucial. He should have been cut and what the hell is Josh Reed still doing on this team? You know, I have even more respect for coaches and GMs like Bill Parcells and Mike Shananhan. Parcells drafts Jacob Rodgers in the 2nd round last year, has injury problems and isn't performing well. What does he do? He cuts him and states: "there is no sense in throwing good money after bad." Shananhan cuts Clarett after making the bad decision of drafting him early and admits he screwed up. At least these two admit their mistakes. TD, if you happen to read this, you need to do the same thing!
  6. I wish more cities were following suit. I think it is great that Detroit is doing this. More cities need to do this. I'm surprised that the the communist states in the North East and West aren't offering a similar solution.
  7. they are really showccasing losman on NFL Network. They switch back everytime the Bills have the bll.
  8. J.P's going to lose us a lot of games!
  9. Losman is making a lot of bad decisions (reminding me of Rob Johnson). This is too late in the preseason to look this bad.
  10. \ \The city doesn't have the financial resources to deal with that. Why do you think all the Liberals are gainging up on Bush.
  11. Some of you are ganging up on Nadin and it's not right. There is no telecommunications infrastructe. It took the government 3 days to start filling in the breach at the 17th street canal (by the way, a city isn't going to have the resources (financial) to fix the breaks in the levees) . There is one way in and out of the city. There is mass chaos. I am a Liberterian pretty much against big government but this is a time when the federal government has to take over the responsibility of this. Nadin is trapped in a disaster. They (federal gov't) has the resources to deal with the disaster better than internally within the city. Finally, I think there are some important things that all cities should do in the future based on what has happened in New Orleans. 1. There should be some satellite phones at every police station. A lot of the chaos is due to the lack of communication. Pay the $700 for phones and the $50 a month service. At least you can have some command in place. 2. In the South on the coast, there should be forced evacuations when the probability of a threat of disaster is at a certain percentage. 3. Further illustrating 2, there should be a plan in places for bus service to taxi people out of poor areas. For those who have been to New Orleans, if you drove through Medairre (I-10 W), it's like Broadway Ave. in Buffalo (I lived on Kosciuszko St.) now. If 2 can't work, this would have reduced the likelihood of all the deaths that o
  12. Your the one that came to the conclusion that "the hurricane has a mind and being of its own."
  13. It makes sense now. The only people that are spouting this stupid senseless thinking are Florida fans. You're from Sarasota and the other clown is from Talahasse. Obviously we are not dealing with a sane person. Maybe you need another Charlie to come your way (but this time more like Andrew or Katrina). What do you think? Will you be ready for some football then?
  14. You're an idiot. I did get a credit on my airfare. It doesn't cover the other costs (e.g., football ticks, etc.). It's obvious I called you and a couples other out. Just because your intelligent level isn't high doesn't mean that you have to spread your virus to your other idiot followers.
  15. That's not gouging, that's communism. A gas operator can charge whatever they want. As long as demand is there, he could do as he please. Realize if they do, people will remember that later on. It's a double edged sword!
  16. A lot of people didn't evacuate for 4 reasons: 1. They couldn't afford it. 2. They thought since they weathered Camille, Katrina would be no big deal. 3. ANIMALS! They couldn't bring animals to the shelters and didn't want to leave their loved pets behind. 4. They felt that they were far enough inland. I have to mention the last one further. I went through Kiln, MS last month and there was an article stating that Brett Favre'e mother had to go to the attic because of the rising flood waters (this was 20 miles inland). So, in many cases it was like Sri Lanka even though the deaths aren't as high. One other note, this is going to affect all of us. New Orleans is the 35th largest city in the country. The GDP lost is significant. If you work in your little factories that supply goods, the demand is going to drop on most products that you make which may result (not likely) but layoffs in the future. The other important thing is if that doesn't do you in, gas prices will. Even though Bush is releasing some of the reserves, New Orleans is one of the biggest oil producers in NA. Gas prices are going to kill those up there driving in their $7/hour jobs!
  17. Some of you are idiots! I thought there were some dumb people down South but it looks like it's pretty rampant in WNY as well. Kasper seems the only one that is thinking logical here. They're not going to kick the refugees out just for a stupid football game. I had season ticks to the Bills a couple of years ago and could not make a couple of games in Buffalo due to the weather. Did I call up Delta and say hey? I need a refund for my trip. No, I sucked it up. That's what the people that PLANNED on attending the game this weekend will do. As long as there are paying customers (which there are because they did have the money to get out of town), the hotels can't ask people to leave (I guess you clowns that don't travel much don't know that). People will have to do the latter regarding staying with students who are so desperate to see a game. (I'm a huge fan of the Bills and if this happened in Buffalo and I paid for my trip in advance, I would just eat the trip.)
  18. yea, I hear ya. Most of them went to Talahasse. They thought they were far enough inland (they don't offer flood insurance where they at to give you perspective).
  19. Some of my family members that decided to ride out the storm that lived 8 miles from the Bay were rescued this morning. The amazing thing is they were rescued while holding on to a tree that was floating in the water. They said the water that far inland was 14 ft. deep. Is that nuts or what?
  20. This is a simple answer B. The game will be on TV. Those people need to stay home (since they have one). There are a lot of paying customers that lost their homes in Mississippi and Louisiana (including some of my family members). Look at www. wwltv.com. They are telling people that they can come back to NO in one week and then leave for a month.
  21. where did you get this information? It would be a big hit against the Falcons cap to let him go. I think your sources are bad.
  22. Well. He isn't lying. Losman has not looked spectacular. He's not winning games and he's not losing them. His stats suck too. I still think the Bills will go 11-5 but it won't be because of Losman.
