  1. Good. He's just adding more fuel to the fire.
  2. Quite frankly, other than NFL Live and that Sunday NFL countdown I don't watch anything else on ESPN. Screaming anchors and exploding graphics give me a headache.
  3. Nate "I'm the best and I don't settle for nothing less" Clements sounds an awful lot like he plans on breaking the bank. If I'm Donahoe I'd mention that the team reserves the right to franchise tag Nate keeping him here for two more years. Then I'd offer him a top five, not top, cornerback contract. He will be franchised if he doesn't sign an extention. TD would be a fool to just let him go.
  4. Luckily football isn't life or death so I'm willing to back Losman thinking he'll be able to handle the job. JP has Evans, Moulds, Parrish and McGahee to throw the ball to...I'm thinking he'll do just fine.
  5. Yes he is, but I see that you're a Miami fan so I'll excuse your adding skills. Look, you worry about Cheech on your team while I'll remain happy with the knowledge that opposing AFC East teams can no longer tee off on a stationary Bills QB.
  6. I'd rather have the unknown that Losman brings rather than that noodle arm of a quarterback who feels it's a priviledge to watch him play that is Chad Pennington.
  7. Three things... 1. He's a second year QB 2. MM isn't asking JP to lead this team, McGahee is our bread and butter 3. It'll be a miracle if JP doesn't play better than Bledsoe Turn that frown upside down, they're gonna be much better than you think.
  8. HOF QBs???? In the era of non-free agency, which is where all of the current HOF players come from, the bad teams always had a long way to go to be good enough for the playoffs and the perennial playoffs teams obviously had veteren QB leadership that led them to successfull seasons. Free agency has given us quick QB success stories when they land on talent laden teams. Anyways, what did Tom Brady do in his second season? What did Ben Rothlesberger do in his first? In his second season, Carson Palmer played well last season and almost had his team in the playoffs on a team with an average defense. Heck, we're not even mentioning Kurt Warner who won the Superbowl and was named the league MVP in his second season. These are recent QB success stories, so to dismiss JP as not even having a shot as being one of the reasons for the Bills having a successfull 2005 season is narrow sighted. Especially given the fact we are loaded at the skill positions. I think he has just as much chance to play very well as he does to having a rough year.
  9. What's moronic about that commercial is that the store guy is amazed that technology now lets us turn the music "the Black Eyed Peas" louder. WTF???????
  10. How do you concur with them when you have us with a winning record? Major step back means having a losing record, we were 9-7 last season. BTW, you can't have reality vs best case scenario as a one freaking game margin! There must be some sort of rule against doing that.
  11. The 2005 version of the C n C Music Factory. It's about time they exit stage left back to obscurity.
  12. ...as being a team in playoff contention this season. Yesterday these two chuckleheads were at Jet camp in Hofstra and every time they discussed the rest of the division with a player or coach they would say that the Bills would take a major step back because of Losman. They even had the nerve to suggest that the Jets should be fighting for one of the two top seeds come playoff time. A couple of times they listed who they felt would be the AFC teams in contention for playoff spots and did not list the Buffalo Bills once. BTW, this made me quite happy. Put the pressure screws to your hometown team fellas and watch them blow a few more games in the last two minutes as they do every season. I also hope this is the feeling throughout the league, because after seeing what Brady, Palmer and Rothlesberger did early in their careers I don't see any reason why this kid JP can't have the same kind of success.
  13. Are Terrell Owens and Billy Volek not grown men? The agents work for them, even Drew would have to shut the heck up if his client told him to. Actually TO is a big baby and Billy has a little boys name, so maybe the answer is no after all.
  14. Does anyone know if either Sirius or Real carry the Bills pre and post-game shows? Thanks.
  15. Wow, read my post again. I never said Moulds' play was "bad". I said I was tired of excusing his numbers because of bad QB play. I think 88 receptions and 1,000 yards is average and the bare minimum for an Eric Moulds. He should be up there with the elite receivers of the entire NFL. There were more than 30 receivers with more TD recpetions than Eric in 2004. I'd like and expect much more than 88 rec, 1,000 yards and 5 touchdowns from Moulds this season.
  16. Eric Moulds is my favorite Bill of all time, but I got to admit that after Drew left town I get the feeling that Eric is next Bill in the hot seat who needs to show up and have a pro bowl type season. Eric is getting paid well and I'm getting tired of excusing his numbers because of bad QB play. I always thought he'd be a dominating player in the NFL but that hasn't been the case the last couple of seasons. Let's go Eric, get 'er done!
  17. Hey, whatever let's you sleep.
  18. You aint the only one here who's ticked off... http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showt...ndpost&p=404072 I think Mikey forgot his first four games out of the gate last season.
  19. I wouldn't count on it. I read a few articles on the fights during that scrimmage and the Giants players AND coaches sounded like a bunch of wimps. I hope we practice as hard as the Jets seem to, could that be why we were 0-4 to start last season? I'm too far away from Bills camp, how hard do they practice?
  20. Wow, so you'll be the first guy to throw JP under the bus and call for Holcomb to be the starter based on a scrimmage game? That's just too damn funny.
  21. Um...who's replacing Teddy Bruski for the Pats???? I'd start worrying about that before concerning yourself with JP Losman.
  22. Hey, don't JP know? Whatever happens in Mississippi stays in Mississippi.
  23. obscure acronyms = reader frustration.
  24. If there's many, they sure don't post on this board. It truly is a great day to be a Bills fan.
