  1. it's so nice to see this kind of positive, unifying, post racial message and imagery... http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-and-sto...ery=588;page=11 ...coming from the music industry. Pretty catchy tune to riot too. I wonder if Kid Rock is gathering up a posse of KKK members for a retaliation video? Could you imagine the outrage if Rock made a video while singing the lyric... get your fatigues on, all white everything, white cards, white cars, all white everything, ...in front of a crowd of ALL rednecks with guns, bats and torches????? Could someone please tell me the point of this stinking, heaping, pile of garbage coming from Jay-Z?
  2. For the record: No training camp, just two series. I think if he's healthy, Favre is going to do just fine this year in the Viking system with Peterson as his RB.
  3. I've always considered that to be the best backup rock vocal ever. Never knew who it was singing it until now though.
  4. Quickly followed by everyone's favorite DJ coaching moment, not having his DBs defend the sideline pass at the end of the game.
  5. I didn't take it that way at all. I took it as a guy who loves the Bills so much that he's no longer going to pull any punches, locker room interviews be damned. After witnessing the successes of the Bills' Superbowl teams of the early 90s, and then having to endure this last decade worth of miserable playoffless Bills teams (with the last three being the most mind-numbingly painfully dull teams to watch), the level of frayed nerves is at an all-time high. Sal's piece is just a reflection of that anger bubbling under the surface. To me, this is real, unfiltered talk about my team and I love to read it, good or bad. BTW, maybe if the Bills had more "live" contact during training camp they wouldn't look like a bunch of p_ssies when facing the good NFL teams.
  6. What?! Guess you'd rather have Bills' beat writers blowing sunshine up your butt. I say bravo Sal, and welcome to the real world! This was the first time I felt a Bills beat writer was being flat out honest without the fake obligatory pre-season optimism. He nails every one of those guys to the wall with very true criticisms. It's up to the players and coaches to prove him wrong. Sal just got his "street cred" for writing that beautifully put, and brutally honest piece. My favorite was the "Captain Checkdown" comment, if Trent can't throw touchdowns this year then he's as good as gone.
  7. Exactly where are these personal attacks on him on TSW? The only thing I've read are Bills fans attacking the man's pitiful head coaching skills, never him personally. We all know the guy is a nice man, but as Bills fans we care about what happens on Sundays. I think that he should have retired to the golf course permanently and let a young up and coming guy give it a go. There's nothing wrong with admitting you weren't cut out for a job. Instead, with Jauron still at the helm, the Bills are going to be yet another year down the road without a playoff appearance.
  8. Sorry, but you've insulted yourself by comparing Dick Jauron to Bill Belichick. Belichick was perhaps the best defensive coordinator in NFL history BEFORE he became an NFL head coach. He had already proven his NFL coaching metal. Jauron had one good season as the Jags defensive coordinator and one good (lucky) season with the Bears out of five total. Both guys had one good season out of five in their first stints as an NFL head coach. THAT'S where the similarities abruptly end. They went in polar opposite career directions after that time period. Dick Jauron is at retirement age dude, the time to prove himself was these last three years as the Bills head coach. You act as if he's still an up and coming coach. In terms of losing longevity, Jauron's one of the biggest NFL head coaching failure of all time. Belichick will go down as one of the best NFL head coaches ever. I listed the glaring reasons why the guy is getting it with both barrels and those reasons are STILL not good enough for you???? I have NO patience with Dick Jauron sympathizers. But I digress, you need to seriously wake up and realize how completely off the mark you are in comparing these two guys.
  9. Your sensibilities are nonexistent. The results spoke for themselves. You did miss the boat. Here's the rundown (for all of those with the memory span of a crackhead) as to why Dick Jauron should have been fired on the spot after the season ended... 0-6 vs the division losing to the 49ers at home losing to the Browns at home 2-8 record to finish out the season This was his seventh attempt at his futile quest for a second winning season and he was given the easiest schedule the Bills had had since forever to finally get it done. Dick Jauron sucks monkey balls as a coach. I wouldn't even want him as a defensive coordinator. The only silver lining is that, quite possibly, my constant nonstop ragging on him during this past year helped to pry open his "tighter than a Ted Cottrell in jordache jeans" coaching style with the no huddle attacking style offense. Let's all hope this dope has seen the light and will coach his team to win and that he's thrown away the "play not to lose" gameplans.
  10. I would normally ascribe to the hope that Bills' players should be emulating that practice, but this Bills team has literally looked like the walking dead the last three years. I now WANT the Bills players to look like they love football and are having a blast making plays. Sorry, but I'm officially on the McKelvin "boogie oogie oogie" bandwagon.
  11. It looks like his target is mainly focused on the everyday Americans who have valid fears of the massive debt a national government healthcare system would bring. Instead of poking fun at the liberal politicians who are bold face lying about the costs, he's mocking the Americans who are fed up with the bullsh__. Maybe that's funny to you, but not to me. I think both parties are f'd up and the vast majority of them should be through out by the ears. At the very least, there should be term limits for congress. In the end, you're not a very funny political satirist if you can't find anything funny about the flakes over at MSNBC. He's become a very liberal douche in my book.
  12. I don't get why people that aren't far left liberals would find that douchebag even funny. I thought he stopped being funny about two years ago. That was before he became another one of Obama's little bitches. Letterman is another far left B word who stopped being funny when becoming partisan was more important than the jokes. Yes, Glen Beck is a freaking big clown. But so is Ed "Townhallers want to shoot the President" Shultz, Chris "All whites are racist" Mathews and Keith "I heart Obama and hate women" Olberman. Yet they are not worthy of slamming? Yeah, ok. Plus, that douchy Stewart stare into the camera is about as old and crusty as Arlen Spector.
  13. Speaking of transparency, Obama's spokesmen are the very picture of transparency... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBCFkVJWyeU Obama's "Snitch on your Fellow Amercian" website goes up and suddenly David Axelrod is sending out mass unsolicited emails to Obama dissenters. But of course their not collecting names or making enemy lists or anything like that.
  14. What a freaking wuss argument. You liberals have become a running joke and the sad thing is that you don't even know it.
  15. I don't think the democrats in Washington could have been a bigger disaster this year if they tried. From "hope and change" to "fear and loathing" in the blink of an eye.
  16. I saw that interview and you are the moron. This person was a REGULAR person. The kind that YOU dumb assh_e liberals were calling "fake" and "astroturf" just last week. This is what happens when you're a shy normal person who's not used to speaking in front of a large group of people. But no, make fun of her and call her a moron for being so overwhelmed by the moment that she didn't listen to the first part of his response. Just when I think that you liberals couldn't become any bigger jerkoffs, you somehow find a way to set the bar higher. Bravo!
  17. I agree, and it's always a good practice to end a discussion on common ground.
  18. If you liberals are so smart, why haven't you figured it out yet that you currently own substantial control over the House and Senate, and that the President happens to be the most liberal democrat ever? Weren't these the guys who are "smarter" than all of America put together? What's with the disingenuous hand wringing and stalling over passing the healthcare reform bill? Will you stop being a bunch of douches and just pass the damn thing? Either they're "smarter" than us or they're pathetic looking wimps looking for a scapegoat. Which is it?
  19. I second that. Last year I was laughing at the fact that our unofficial "team spokesman" happened to be the worst player on the team.
  20. "Van Jones has a unique ability to inspire people of all colors, classes and generations to uplift vulnerable people, while protecting our vulnerable planet. His sparkling intelligence, powerful vision and deep empathy are all on full display in The Green-Collar Economy." -- Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House of Representatives Sorry, but any book that has a ringing endorsement from astroface isn't worth wiping my ass with, let alone wasting a match.
  21. It's not only the militia types that are concerned. Since the MSM has essentially become a propaganda machine for a President with ties to radicals both in his past AND present... http://www.examiner.com/examiner/x-722-Con...dney-King-riots ...the atmosphere is ripe for this sort of thing. But did the MSM report on the racial and marxist activism of Obama's new czar? Big surprise...hell no. But somehow this is something that should be of no concern to Americans and is plain ol' stupid to bring up, huh? Right now, there are American soldiers dying overseas for our freedom. Something which is pretty much the polar opposite of communism. But having a communist past is clearly not a negative quality for Obama when looking at a prospective new czar's resume.
  22. If I could believe that, I'd be for it. But I don't believe that. I believe that Obama and the far left liberals in congress are fixin' for a massive healthcare overhaul that will eventually throw our country into unimaginable debt. Why else are they so willing to take the public whippings at these town hall meeting and not even budge? Trust me, they are not taking these beatings for a measly 11 million uninsured people. They've got big, big, BIG plans my friend.
  23. Dude, you're right, three links are too many. But that site is the best for non-bullsh_t coverage of the media and politics. I'll back off with the Shepard stuff though.
  24. http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard...s-having-proble Sorry, but how anyone can have confidence in this guy is beyond me.
