  1. Texas = booming economy, budget surplus Yeah, screw that!!!!!
  2. Isn't it amazing how ever since Obama announced his run for the whitehouse, MSNBC went on a steady decline from a legitimate source of news to what is now a way too far left, Obama run echo chamber? Holy cow, was that fun to watch last night. Although I couldn't take more than an hour of that dingbat panel. It's like you can actually feel the brain cells slipping away.
  3. I heard both speeches, Paladino's and Cuomo's, on the radio last night and Palidino sounded like a much more reasonable person. Cuomo seriously sounded like a truck driver on crank. I'm so glad we have Christie here in Jersey. I think he'd have a great chance at beating Obama if he were to run in 2012.
  4. What I take from yesterday is that New York and California are the crackhead states of the union. Jerry Brown? Andrew Cuomo? Yeah, good luck with that.
  5. You do know that they once called opponents of the Virginia 911 mosque bigots. The same mosque that the New York Times once reported little diddy... "The New York Times, Oct. 19, 2001: "Imam Anwar Al-Awlaki, spiritual leader at the Dar al-Hijra mosque in Virginia, one of the nation's largest. . . . is held up as a new generation of Muslim leader capable of merging East and West." http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704868604575433214247852860.html I never said that all muslims are evil or that I even hate all muslims. But putting blinders on a significant problem that is only growing worldwide would be just as stupid as if I had said such things. Yusef said those things, it's on tape. Stewart should be ashamed for promoting him in the way that he did. If Jon felt that Yusef no longer believes such things then fine, but there's no way he should have put him up on display as an example of a moderate muslim. I already proved that point in describing the ramifications of a pastor given such a platform after saying such crazy things.
  6. Sorry to disappoint you Whoopi, but that wasn't me. Nice to see that you still aren't capable of having a rebuttal without the name calling.
  7. I don't think that all muslims support radicalism, but I do think that the vast majority who don't living here in America further the radical's cause by remaining almost completely silent after 911 and subsequent attack attempts. Where are the rallies against radical muslims by moderate muslims, where are the public condemnations by muslims, where are the muslim organizations against radical muslims? They're either afraid or they don't care. Neither one is a good thing for muslim and non-muslim relations in America. I've just provided proof of a radical muslim being promoted on stage in front of a hundred thousand adoring young Americans and there's isn't even any outrage on this board. Are you no longer considered a radical if you believe in killing an author because of a book? Are you no longer considered a radical if you believe in the stoning of a women because of adultery? He was caught in a lie when he said he never said those things, then saying that they were said in jest (which would be so sick and twisted in and of itself). No one here can be that gullible that they believe he said those things in jest. Anyone? Wasn't it Comedy Central that buckled to fear by pulling the South Park cartoon? Censoring itself for the very first time because of flat out fear of being attacked? Freedom of speech meets and loses to radical islamic pressures.
  8. Please link us to their comments about being supportive of killing an author or supporting the stoning of women for adultery.
  9. Let's say 20 years ago a pastor had said that he advocated the stoning to death of gays or the stoning to death of a gay author who wrote about Jesus in a less than favorable light, and then distanced himself (even lying about saying it when it was caught on tape). Would this be meaningful enough so that he'd be perfectly acceptable to be promoted a Glenn Beck rally? What world do you live in? It certainly isn't this one.
  10. Thank you, I almost forgot that today is the liberal's national "accuse everyone of being a racist" day. Admonish someone who advocates the killing of authors and stoning women = racist More sanity from the left.
  11. http://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/alana-goodman/2010/11/02/jon-stewart-doesn-t-regret-inviting-fatwa-endorsing-singer-rally http://pajamasmedia.com/ronradosh/2010/11/01/2498/2/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat_Stevens%27_comments_about_Salman_Rushdie What does this teach our youth? That Yusuf Islam is a moderate muslim that they should embrace? That it's not only ok, but "sane" to kill someone for writing a book, it's "sane" to stone a women to death for adultery? We know Islam lied when he denied ever saying it, so he's now somehow going to be trusted to the point of putting him up in front of the American youth as the stellar example of a moderate muslim? Maybe Jon and Yusef can go yuck it up at this event... http://www.newstime.co.za/WorldNews/Iran_Could_Carry_Out_Stoning_Sentence_Tomorrow/14179/
  12. They're the only demo left gullible enough to still believe him.
  13. What an embarrassment. Can Paris Hilton find yet another way to diminish the office of the Presidency of the United States? Yes he can... http://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/lachlan-markay/2010/11/01/obama-give-election-day-exclusive-american-idol-host-ryan-seacrest NBC should just give him the Tonight Show already and let Biden finish out his last two years.
  14. Some fans here are clueless and obviously lack the capacity to factor in how hard it is to have a great passing day in the conditions Fitzpatrick was facing yesterday. Swirling winds, no running game (Jackson sucked), loud stadium, road game. Yet he and his receivers were able to make enough plays to put the Bills in position to win the game. Fans are acting like brainless fools today. Fitzpatrick did as good as any QB in the league would have done given those tough conditions. He still needs to play his butt off the rest of the season to have a chance of nailing down the Bills' QB spot, but this grilling Fitzpatrick for yesterday is just plain stupid and I expect more intelligence from Bills fans.
  15. Anytime you're on the road and the head coach and QB got you to the point were you're kicking a game winning field goal on the road at KC, I find criticisms like "we needed more balance" to be completely unfair. Once it was clear that the Bills would not be able to sustain drives and get first downs with Jackson's 2 and 3 yard gains, the only smart decision remaining was to have Fitzpatrick get first downs and find the points through the passing game. It worked. They were in position to win the game a few times. Only when Jackson and/or Spiller start to gash for yards and look like those KC backs did yesterday, will the Bills be better served to balance this attack out. Our running game blows right now. Fitz and the Bills' receivers are the only reason they've brought these last two games to OT in the first place. Let's get real here.
  16. Fred Jackson sucked yesterday. He got the ball 20 times and only managed 64 yards. That sucks. It amazes me that Jackson is heralded as this great performer around here when his average rush per carry is towards the bottom of the league. It's like I watched a different game than everyone else. Gailey had the win were it not for that second FG miss. Let's start blaming the guys that should be blamed. Jackson's inability to gain any significant yardage led to Gailey trusting Fitzpatrick and the passing game more than the guy ramming himself into the line.
  17. This is not about you but these are my thoughts... I think Fred Jackson sucked yesterday. For the season he has a 4 YPC average which is close to the bottom for starting runningbacks. I'm tired of reading the dumb fans here dumping on Fitzpatrick when he was the entire offense on the road at one of the toughest places to play in the NFL. Was he great? No. Was he good enough to get the win at KC? The answer is obviously yes were it not for the second FG miss. The running game sucked (see Fred Jackson) which is why Gailey decided not to call runs at the end. Fitzpatrick deserves way better than he's getting here today.
  18. Fitzpatrick's TD pass to Johnson was as clutch as it gets. 4th down, game on the line away game at the Chiefs' house. Try posting when you get a freaking clue. After 6 excruciating years of Losman and Edwards you're going to come down on Fitzpatrick in a game he pulled out were it not for a blown second field goal????? Only a jackass would feel this way about Fitzpatrick's play today.
  19. Some of them had signs with Eric Cantor (who is jewish) wearing a hitler mustache. Wasn't that so nice and civil.
  20. I heard that the rich, twenty-something, hip, slacker, still living off mommy and daddy crowd that attended was almost entirely white. So just to let everybody know, it's ok to officially label them all racists.
  21. Obama's policies were anti-business and pro-socialist. Not only didn't he try to quell the job losses, his policies guaranteed millions of more job losses. People became fearful and stopped sending which shut down our consumer based economy. He needlessly made a big hole into a gigantic crater. If the economy had bounced back like it should have then we wouldn't be in this clusterfck. Seattle wouldn't have a 73% increase in foreclosures. But you just go ahead and keep on believing the Obama apologists and excuse makers there skippy.
  22. I see them both at the same level for different reasons. Jim was such a consistently tough QB and performer, while Kurt was a very dynamic QB who brought two long losing franchises to the Superbowl and winning one with the Rams. To me, both careers balance each others out and both should be in the 80-100 range of the top 100.
  23. I read or heard somewhere that foreclosures in Seattle are up 73% this year. Even they must be like "WTF were we thinking?" The dems should have never gave Hillary the bums rush because Obama has literally destroyed that party for a very long time.
  24. Hey, Obama brought us all back to the late 70's. Who would have thunk that the democrat party could find a bigger disaster than Jimmy Carter? America flushed what was left of the democratic party down the toilet only a few short years after the Nixon/Watergate era. It's going to be such a pleasure to watch the far left's heads explode this week. I heard they were busing in therapists over at MSNBC.
  25. I was arguing about Mallett's injury concerns and his lack of mobility. Clausen's NFL readiness had nothing to do with that argument. I think you'll eventually see that Fitzpatrick has indeed turned a corner and is ready to make his mark on this team and this league.
