Read what these Dol-fags are saying about Henry
ROCCEO replied to envirojeff's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
As for last year, TH was coming off of a mild training camp injury i think. Plus, Henry traditionally was a slow-starter and a strong finisher. Also, did anyone see the guy who said That TH compares to Travis Minor. What a friggin joke! -
Im sure his agent had the website made for him or some similar thing. Also, it's not like that website is some marvelous web wizardry in terms of design excellence.

Travis Henry not looking for a new deal
ROCCEO replied to Thailog80's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't see how this could be a bad thing at all. Hopefully this will be the thing that helps us get closer and bring Shelton here, because if that happens then i will be 100% satisfied with our activity in free agency. -
Terry is a very talented player but i think he has weight/character issues. The Pantheres released him bc hes a jerk and the seahawks had a few problems with him as well but he is a versatile player who i think has played both Tackle positions and Center in the NFL if im not mistaken.

EASY either Scott Gragg(usually RT) or Kwame Harris(drafted as a LT< starter last year I believe and continuing underachiever)
-
An almost completely wasted first round pick. I'll be glad to see him gone though, hes caught a few third down passes against the bills over the yeras, which absolutely infuriates me.
-
Ill tell you how. Despite the fact that he was fun tow atch for like 8 weeks one year. The guy is a jerk. He plays the media like a fiddle and because of it reaps benefits. I saw him once at eastview mall during a training camp. He was a total jerk, not just to me, but to other fans who said something to him while i saw as well. I've heard other stories in addition to that, but the one thing that I am certain of is that Doug Flutie only cares about Doug Flutie, and is not a team player.

They could really use a WR

There's been suggestions lately for a 3rd WR...
ROCCEO replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bradford shouldn't be too expensive, he's ok but not good. I was thinking about him as a 3rd option a while ago and it definately seems like a pretty good fit to me. -
not nessessarily, if Edge leaves town perhaps the colts will want to deal for T Hen. You never know.

Who's Your Favorite Buffalo Bills Player?

If we get Shelton/Demulling would you trade for..
ROCCEO replied to MartyBall4Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would say that is a questionable statement. In fact, you may be having delusions of grandeur. Plus schobel has never played opposite a Bruce smith. Check Hanson's career stat line. http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/3577 -

NOw that might be worth it, never hurts to have depth on the Dline. -
Without a doubt, dont forget Okeafor got to see the Cards, Rams and 49ers twice each last year. If only he signs with the Rams sometime he can play for ever NFC west team at some point in his career. Id say Schobel isa lot more proven talent than Okeafor. PLus in Seattle he got to work opposite Winstrom and in SF he got to work opposite Andre Carter.

I would say not. Howard is good and a steady producer, but he doesnt produce much more than Schobel and some people around here dont even lke AS that much. I think Kelsay will develop into a solid player anyhow. Plus I think Howard may have had some injury history. -
I believe it was 5 years, 23 million, 6.75 million signing bonus.

espn.com reports..... http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/wire?section=nfl&id=2007638 THis just proves how good the Schobel extension was.

I was playing Halo 2 late last night/early this morning instead of studying for the test I had today at 3:30 and I got to talking with some of the guys i was playing on a team with. THey asked me where i was from and I said Buffalo. This kid is from California, and he goes "buffalo huh, my uncle used to play QB in buffalo". So I'm like wtf, thinkin who it could be or whatever. He goes "You know who Rob Johnson is?..."!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I of course was like "hahahahahahahahaha, no way". I told him to keep quiet about that if he ever visited buffalo, and then I was like" do you have ANY idea who jacksonville used that pick on..etc etc". Anyhow, I though it was hilarious and felt like sharing the story with all of you. Was this guy actually rob johnson's nephew? who knows, but I can't imagine why anyone would lie about being related to RJ. BTW, sorry if forgot to use the OT button, i forgot.

LJ Shelton news from a Bears fan in Arizona...
ROCCEO replied to Mike32282's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Shelton hasnt proved a thing to anybody in over over a year or so(much like Travis). Anyhow, this news is better than no news even if its bull sh-- news. -
Here is the 2001 pre-draft report on Edwards. Sounds like he was a major sleeper pick at the time, a guy who had a ton of potential but questionable ability to apply himself and questionable focus. Not the worst thign in the world, a lot of 22 year old kids have trouble with that type of thing. However, I liked what htey say about himb eing quick into the backfield and a guy who creates problems against single teams. Also his 40 time is absurd for a DT, 4.7 is considered pretty good for a DE. AGILITY TESTS 4.77 in the 40-yard dash...33.5-inch vertical jump...430-pound bench press...374-pound power clean...33 1/8-inch vertical jump...10 1/8-inch hands. ANALYSIS Positives...Very quick off the snap, creating problems for an isolated blocker with his array of spin moves...Very effective shooting the gaps, rolling his hips properly while keeping his balance working inside in run support...Uses his speed to penetrate and push the pocket...Comfortable in the two-gap alignment, which frees him up to work off the edge...Has quick and flexible move-ments combating in pursuit. Negatives...Needs to apply himself...Has a lot of talent, but will generally “coast” through the action...Very quick coming off the edge, but needs to be focused in order to display those skills... Lacks play recognition ability...Comes out of his stance too high, not using his hands properly to keep blockers from getting into his chest...When he does use his hands, he struggles to shed and disengage because he’s determined to out-muscle the blocker rather than technique him...His intensity level is lacking, except when someone lights a fire under him...Rarely finishes his job when flashing into the backfield, seeming content to just flush the quarterback out rather than attack. CAREER NOTES The anchor of the Aggies’ defensive line, starting 35 consecutive regular season games at the nose guard position...One of the quickest down linemen in college football...Recorded 121 tackles (53 solos) with ten sacks for minus 66 yards and 23 stops for losses of 122 yards during his career. http://www.jsonline.com/packer/rev/apr01/d...dronedwards.asp

Excellent, thats one of the best analysis(or analyses) Ive heard on this board in a while. I like what i hear though. Madden ramifications of this move: Demulling is a guy who is solid(like an 87) but his rating is slightly inflated by awareness. Since some people on this board treat the bills like a madden franchise I figured they might be interested in that info.
