  1. Seat cushions...nice to have but I have some if I want them, its not like I am sitting the whole game anyway, since we have a "standing-for-every-down-no-matter-how-bad-the-score-gets" mentality in my new section which negates any reason for having a cushion. As to the cigarette ban, I do like to smoke on my way in and out of the stadium, to ban the product or even worse eject someone for having cigarettes is completely out of bounds. If they followed the examples of a few other stadiums and created a smoking area, they may not have to have the extra security for policing the smokers. By and large, most smokers will go where you tell them, just give them 2 locations and let them have at it.
  2. My nephew went to St Joes with him, Kelly asked him why he had all the books to take back and forth to school, nephew said he needed to get his homework done, Kelly just laughed at the response. A grade A douche nozzle if you asked me. I am ashamed he went to my Alma mater.
  3. Wegmans gets a nice write up on the cover of Yahoo, national acclaim for one of out favorite stores
  4. I have been three times, each time I have done it differently. Tickets from the ceremony should be purchased as soon as you commit to going, although you can get tickets on the secondary market and on the street as you get closer to the stadium. Another option if you wish to continue your tailgating (no alcohol inside the stadium) is to park on the lawns/homes across from the stadium. People will let you park and just sit with your cooler and lawn chairs and watch the whole scene through the fences. For a first time, I would go inside, but if you have been a few times, and you want to enjoy a few adult beverages, this could be an option, just set yourself up beforehand, if you are near the stadium earlier in the day, make plans with the owners, they can be very accommodating. I have not done the full packages, the parade is free, and when a Bills guy goes in, the Bills fans tailgate anyway, so we usually end up wherever they are. Hotels are usually at a premium. If you haven't already started looking, get moving, the closer you are, the more it will cost. We have found cheaper options in Alliance and New Philadelphia that were under 100 per night and usually there are plenty of Bills fans around. If you get into town early, go to the hall Friday, Saturday it is very crowded and stuffy, but on Saturdays you will run into former players ( I stood in line behind Deacon Jones at the gift shop a few years ago). On Saturday they have merchandise/memorabilia tents and activities behind the Hall that they have signings and goods for the incoming players.

  6. Stop coddling these kids, back in my days they used to put us in dog kennels so they could light up a spliff, at least this kid got some fresh air and could play outside a bit.

  8. I just did the the quick googlie thing, I don't have the time or energy to order these and start distribution and go through the hoops to connect to Hunters Hope to get the tax free documentation, I was only acting in response to a question, I defer to Sue who is much more proficient at the googlie thing than I am in getting something like this going.

  13. Or there is a former Bills player in East Aurora who may take on the job. I forget his name, but he played in the mid 80's's and has done some wildlife sculptures and is very accomplished. I don't recall if he did any human sculptures, but he may be a home town connection with a tie to the team. Found him Mike Hamby
  14. RIP Mr Wilson, may you rest knowing that a whole city and its football crazed residents owe you for the wonderful team and spirit that keeps us glued together. Thank you
