  1. Yeah, 59, I was thinking of Niagara Falls, which is around 30.
  2. The post is irrelevant because the Browns and Ravens have played one less game than any other team listed. The stats include yesterday’s games for everyone else.
  3. OK, everyone can move along. The stat that is posted includes two listed teams that have played one fewer game than every other team because their game is on Monday Night: Cleveland and Baltimore. Every other team includes yesterday’s games. https://www.nfl.com/stats/team-stats/ To the OP: passing yards per game is always a more accurate stat.
  4. The Browns are a better passing team than a lot of these teams.
  5. Toronto is 59 miles away from Buffalo as the crow flies (and I think 30 from Niagara Falls NY). It’s not far at all, actually. It’s around 100 on the Queen E Way, of course ...
  6. Bojorquez is the worst sort of punter — inconsistent and hence utterly unreliable.
  7. Speaking of the Patriots: https://www.si.com/nfl/2020/12/10/ex-chaplain-jack-easterby-houston-texans-chaos-after-power-struggle-daily-cover My favorite paragraph: While Easterby aspires to be a transformational leader, guided by religion and morality, people who have worked alongside him in Houston have increasingly come to see him as transactional. Says a colleague: “If you combine a faith-healing televangelist with Littlefinger, you’d get Jack Easterby.”
  8. Agree 100 percent with this. This is what I’ve always said about him. Managing NFL personalities is the most underrated part of the job, and it ain’t easy—a lot of players are borderline psychos (the sport draws that type). He is great at it.
  9. No, it’s better to be down two scores than three. People act as if 4th conversions are a gimme. They aren’t.
  10. They were down 3 scores and needed to make it two.
  11. My favorite biblical parable has always been the prodigal son. It's so good that the Stones did it on Beggar's Banquet. Just sayin.'
  12. Florio has graduated to good. He is smart enough to do segments with Simms, and they are always pretty good.
  13. This is pretty click-baity. Body language-reading analyses from afar are not what I’d call compelling.
  14. Foles has been either bad or injured since he left Philly. 2-9 over 11 starts and a rating of 82.
  15. I believe that KC is going to destroy Miami. Miami feasts on turnovers and STs. KC has great STs and doesn't turn the ball over. They're first in the league in fewest turnovers given up. KC is also smelling a bye now; so they're going to go for the kill. They are a LOT better than Miami. KC will also win their final two home games with ease.
  16. There won't be. KC will win 3 of their next 4. They will beat Miami (in fact, I think they'll crush them) and win their final two games, both of which are at home against bad teams. NO-KC should be a good game.
  17. KC isn't going to lose to either Atlanta or the Chargers. Case closed.
  18. KC, absolutely. I've conceded the #1 slot to KC. It's almost impossible to catch them given that they have head-to-head vs. Buffalo.
  19. Yup, and this game was close only because the Chiefs didn’t challenge that incompletion call on a clear and obvious td by Hill.
  20. Excellent, but you forgot to include the bit about all the well-paid vets becoming injury prone.
  21. Another Jetsy trade - getting rid of Leonard Williams for very little. He *always* dominated the LoS in Bills-Jets games. He was unbelievable today.
  22. Who knows? I will say this, though: almost every NFL coach and player looks at the prospect of 0-16 and say to themselves, “That is the most damning result ever, and it’ll happen over my dead body.” Gregg-o, on the other hand, already presided (as DC) over an 0-16 team and was rewarded with a head coaching the next season and a DC job in the country’s biggest media market the season after that. And the Jets let him hire his dirtbag son too! I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s like, “Who cares? Management certainly appreciated what I just did, and maybe they’ll keep me around next season just like the Browns did after they went 0-16.” He’d be absolutely right about management appreciating it too.
