John Clayton on Bill Cowher

How about the coveted Steve Spagnuolo? The "only" man to dismantle the Patriots Offense -
Whether he gets paid or not, we will still have plenty of room under the cap to improve the team. I would rather have Jason Peters, a capable back up and be 1 million under cap, vs Chambers(or anyone) no depth and 22 million under the cap. 2 needs for us are OLB to replace Crowell, an athletic playmanking tight end, and a glaring need at D-End. We have nobody who warrants any type of game planning.

Jauron and CO have a chance to redeem themselves vs the Devil or I mean Belicheck and the Pats. IF he wins, he deserves to stay, if not, I say its 50/50.

I dreamed we went 8-8 prior to the Broncos game if that means anything...We're halfway there.

New York to run out of unemployment-insurance money...

Hard to do, but time to trim the fat from the budget. I know all the state workforce could be trimmed by 10% and still run efficiently. -

Watching the Post game intreview of DJ

During the game, he was fighting back smiles a lot. I see him trying to get angry at officials during calls which are up in the air, like the time when it was supposed to be 3rd down, but the officials said 4th down. He was really holding back a smile when Lynch went to midfield (out of the game with a sling) to congratulate freddy jackson after his big catch. You could tell that type of behavior exemplified who he thought a player should be. As in a players progress, our coaching staff needs to show progress. The thing I took away from this game was our in-game coaching adjustments. Our Defense got roasted in the 1st quarter, and it appeared fewell switched to a more man oriented defense as the game progressed mixed with some blitzes. Our offensive playcalling also went to our bread and butter after hitting a funk the 1st couple of drives. They put the weight on Lynch and Jackson to get us going mixed with some play action. Two positives yesterday: 1)DJ beat a team with a winning record 2) Trent Edwards won his 1st cold weather game (I am pretty sure about this one) --Maybe practicing outdoors in the cold better prepared this team for a cold weather game, go figure. -
You forgot Josh Reed who is our 1b/#2 guy. Without him, trent goes into a fetal position.
-
I'll eat my crow and say the guy can play, and better yet can play in cold shatty weather. He has performed better than any QB we've had come through here in 15 years

I pledge 500$ towards Bill Cowher 10,000 more people like me and we can foot his 5 million dollar salary. -
The Wynn or Bellagio is the best in vegas IMO. bets buffets as well. I tought Penn and Teller was dumb. Cant go wrong with most of the cirue shows, i saw KA which was good. My favorite casino to play table games at is Casino Royale, its like soemthing out of a movie. Poker is good at the wynn, ceasars, and bellagio. Don't walk alone late at night. FOr deals best to call up the individual hotel itself and see what they're offering, or check out their website. hypnosis shows r fun too.

Our "ProBowl" tackle said all that needs to be said.

O-line is one of the few positions where you can be selfish, care about your own performance, and still help the team. Theres only so many ways to dominate the defender selfish or unselfish. WR's not wanting to block, short arming etc is a different storry. -
Langston Walker looked just fine over there... If you move him, then you just have to replace the easier to fill RT spot. Not saying i would trade peters at all, but if the right offer came through the phone, i'd pull the trigger. (Based on our draft performance as of late, I'd prefer proven NFL talent over draft picks)

Head count , who still loves Dick ?
Stussy109 replied to mead107's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think its about time we realize nothing was done to JP except for that he flat out sucks. He's had numerous chances to prove himself and has squandered most of them. Behind an o-line where trent edwards is barely touched, losman manages to take sacks, and fumbles. -
Jauron has a losing attitude, which carries over to the team. Ever hear him say that his team was trying to "steal a win" from the opposing team. that right there tell sme he and the team expects to win. How about going out, taking care of business and getting the W vs stealing it.

question about excersize techniques
Stussy109 replied to The Poojer's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Best advice i could give is use as many free weights as you can. Use slow controlled movements both up and down. weights like dumbbells will build you much faster and work all of the supporting muscles in the process. Start with what you can do 3 sets of 12 with. As it gets easier move up in weight. -
I heard Adam Schefter report it Sunday AM b4 the 1pm games. Signed 3 years through 2011, and mentioned how the Bills are "cash strapped" and it would be difficult to eat his contract. Schefter mentioned it was signed back in October.

Something that makes Bills losses feel all the better is betting against them and profiting off of their ineptitude.

Fewell is the one bright spot on this team in terms of being prepared, and making the best of what scrubs he has out there due to injury. I'd love to see Bobby April get a chance at steering the ship. for a few games. Christmas wish would be Bill Cowher as Bills Manaement.
