  1. Why? ...naked. Hey it's a dream, why not take it to its logical next step?
  2. Who knows what the truth about JPL will truly be, at this early stage. I think the fact that he's spending all his time in Buffalo learning is a good sign. I also like his attitude, as evidenced by that "what's so funny, Big Cat?" episode. And he's got all the physical tools you want to see. So hopefully the head will match the body and we'll see a hell of a QB in Buffalo! That being said though, he's got a TON to prove.
  3. That's "unadjusted" and prior to the re-signing of Burns and restructuring of Wire. The "adjusted" cap could be $2M less.
  4. I also remember hearing that Rob took sacks because he didn't want to give up on plays, even though he got hurt every other sack. Hopefully JPL learned his lesson well, because he'll be dead if he decides to show any more "heart."
  5. How about $2M with room to make more? That good enough?
  6. He dropped a lot of weight. Probably drop even more now without the munchies!
  7. Don't know who the girl is, but I DID find out that El Paso was named the sweatiest city, which is almost as good! Yeah!
  8. I assume he thought BU1 was talking about Anderson.
  9. The question is: whose career is more sad at this point? Rucker's or Burke's?
  10. He'd see it neglibly more. However to have a Pro Bowl ST'er on the roster would be a big boost to an already great unit. And 6th WR in place of the 4th RB doesn't mean a whole lot.
  11. Good luck. It's a lifestyle change, but nothing you can't overcome.
  12. I've heard of him and I was never impressed. I remember him being called a sleeper at center back in 2001, but he never progressed much. I just don't see the point in getting all hot and bothered about a guy like him signing a 1-year deal. I think that anything less than 3 years and TD tell them where to go.
  13. Bannister would see about as much time as Burns. And Bannister is a Pro Bowl ST'er.
  14. Wire and Burns are back strictly for their ST's abilities and remotely for their backup abilities. Frankly I'd rather the Bills signed Alex Bannister and kept him as a 6th WR than Burns.
  15. Wow, a 1 year deal for a scrub player.
  16. Too funny about the RB's! I thought the Bills would be able to get a 2nd rounder for Travis. Turns out the Colts and Hawks can't even get a 2nd rounder fo Edge or Alexander! Talk about your bad markets.
  17. Do what's best for Terry. Forget everyone else.
  18. If you fed her manually, she'd choke on or aspirate food. The tube is basically keeping her alive.
  19. If that were me, better days or weeks than decades.
  20. You know whose side I'm on? Terry Schiavo's. I happen to believe that she, like most people, would not want to be kept alive with NO quality of life. If you want that, by all means go ahead and put that in a living will. But the husband says Terry told him she wouldn't want it, while the parents are conjecturing what they think she would have wanted, but never told them.
  21. We have someone (her husband) saying she told him she wanted to die if she were in such a state. We have no one saying they heard her say she'd want to be kept alive. The parents need to stop being selfish and let go. The feeding tube is what's keeping her alive, because without it she'd die. She has no quality if life. Sometimes no life is better than "living."
  22. I saw him at the airport...
