Just picked up a copy of The Last Waltz on DVD. Highly recommended. One lasting image of ol Levon I have is when he and Rick Danko of the Band sang with drunkard Van Morrison on the live Wall in Berlin in 1990. They all had to sing on just one mic and Morrison was screaming so loud, poor Levon and Rick were wincing in pain. Good times, man... BTW, is Levon sueing Cingular for using "The Weight" in thier commercials????

I haven't given up on Big Sam. He's clearly upset at the coach. We can't get rid of our best DT and expect to get better. Mularkey clearly has no clue how to call offensive plays. He sits the teams best players on 3rd down, IF they actually play at all. If I had to fire only ONE person, it would be Donahoe, but if I had my way, I'd fire: Ralph - wakes up from his nap only to eat his applesauce apparently Mularkey - see above Donahoe - if you get rid of MM, does anyone seriously believe this zero will hire a coach with experience? You should have witnessed the love given by the refs to the Atlanta Vicks yesterday... Vick had a scramble where he wasn't even out of bounds yet, but the ref called a 15-yard unsportsman-like because the Panthers player has the audacity to actually contact the new NFL poster boy. Another winner was when Brad Hoover of the panthers got up after making a catch, kind of tossed the ball over his right shoulder, the Vicks player pushed the ball into the back of his head all pissy, and the ref called a 15-yarder on Hoover. It goes on and on. I'd love to see Head-ref @sswipe explain that on Total Access this week...
