  1. It really is surreal to see the Bills ranked so freakin' high, even if just after week 3. I hope everyone is enjoying this to the hilt.
  2. Uh, He changed it. It now reads, correctly, the Buffalo Bills. Everyone here who reached the writer, who is just an unpaid blogger, by the way, succeeded. It will be interesting to see where the Bills get ranked next week, even with a solid win at St Louis.
  3. If that were to happen, do you think we'd boo if that first loss after three years came at home to a division rival?
  4. HE CHANGED IT!!! Nice job everyone, again. Here is the correct direct link, by the way.
  5. I would like to suggest we formally petition the NFL to end the 2008 regular season at once. I would very much like to the be the top seed in the AFC and have homefield advatage throughout the playoffs. Further, I would like to start the playoffs now before the snow starts to fall. Anyone on board with me?
  6. Thanks, Lori. I think everyone here knew you'd have the answers for this one.
  7. Outstanding question. I hope the answer is, at least, two (Allen Wilson and Sal Maiorana), but I wouldn't be too surprised if the answer is none.
  8. If it had to happen, this is likely the best time of the season. It will get some of our younger guys some reps, it will cover the bye week, and he will hopefully be back in time for the first Pats* game.
  9. AP takes a poll of AP-member sports writers. But it is an unofficial award, as in not recognized by the league.
  10. Why do you think the Bills should announce something like as soon as possible? I am glad they waited until now. Hell, I wish they waited even longer. The Lams wasted time, no doubt, game planning for Roscoe's speed.
  11. Nothing would be sweeter than an Bills victory over Dallas in the Super Bowl. But, I would be OK with a Super Bowl win over anyone, I guess.
  12. Does this officially make that trade a bust for us?
  13. Lindsey Lohan also confirmed her gayness this week.
  14. Precisely. And the silver lining around all the injuries last year was that we were getting a lot of very young players a lot of quality game time. Now, that lining is turning into this year's main story.
  15. There is a difference between stop blitzing and running an attack D. They ran an attack D for three quarters and then stopped, allowing 17 in that final quarter.
  16. Trent Edwards said in a post-game interview that the Raiders were attacking all day and that the offense hadn't prepared for that so they were thrown off. Then the Raiders stopped attacking in the 4th, allowinfg the Bills to execute the plan they had developed all week.
  17. If the current Bills keep it up, all the new generation Bills fans will learn what we all loved about the 90s team...never give up, never turn off the TV, never leave the game until the final gun. There were so many great comebacks then. My favorite was when Nate Odomes blocked a Broncos field goal attempt in 1990. Cornelius Bennett returned it 80 yards, unleashing a run of 20 points in 77 seconds and leading to a 28-29 victory. they followed it with a big comeback against the Raiders the next week and eventually went to their first Super Bowl at the end of that season.
  18. I just saw that, too. Good stuff, d_wag!
  19. While we take shots at Peters, let's not lose sight of the fact that Kirk Chambers seemingly is a good tackle, giving us depth there for the first time in years.
  20. How could this be? We're not playing the Lions this week.
  21. This smells like 400 yards passing for Mr. Edwards.
  22. Yes. A few times. And it is on Chris Brown's blog. And both my Bills Backers groups e-mailed it to me.
