  1. Raiders at Chiefs today. Chiefs at Bills Thursday. I'll take it. (This is just my prediction for now)
  2. Damn it. Go ahead, Titans, cry some more about how your team is being unfairly persecuted. Damn it.
  3. Speculation from reporters both in Denver and Boston, based on their conversations with the teams, that the teams may revolt against Goodell if they tries to make them play the game tomorrow. That sure would be interesting. Not a new rule. The Falcons had two days of no new positives after that one positive. https://www.nfl.com/news/bears-falcons-will-be-played-aj-terrell-test-positive-covid-19
  4. Then the NFL should have all of those close contacts on the COVID-exempt list and should not allow them in the stadium tomorrow. I believe that's about 20 players, based on who was in that second plane last week. Sound about right?
  5. Let's start with the NFL's rule that a team facility cannot be open to its team until there are two consecutive days with no new positives. So the team cannot practice because it may spread the virus among themselves, but now the NFL is planning to let another team that is flying from across the country to play in that facility.
  6. Apparently you are correct, but I don't understand how. The NFL's own guidelines say they cannot have the Pats* facility open for another two days, at the earliest, but reports are they are planning to allow a game with another team tomorrow.
  7. So, somehow, the NFL still thinks it can get the Broncos-Pats* game in tomorrow night.
  8. No new positives today! Still on track for Tuesday Night Football.
  9. Milano is damn good. But the most important ability is availability. And Klein cannot be the next man up.
  10. It is strategic to keep the opponent guessing as to which players will play and which will not. Tre and Roberts are good enough to affect the Titans' game planning. Don't give them anything more than is required when it is required.
  11. One step closer to getting to see Josh Norman and Taylor Lewan on the same field again.
  12. Very glad the Titans had no new positives this morning. The NFL obviously is going to make the Bills play them, so might as well get that W in the books now and move past them.
  13. And then Monson told Steve he'd regret it big time and BillsMafia, if they're listening, will hound Steve for the rest of his life. Steve tried walking it back a bit, but Monson told him he was dead now.
  14. Note: Last week's "WEEK 4" thread was on Page 24 at about this time last Thursday. Page 88 this week.
  15. Reporters now saying the Titans were indeed directed on SEPT 29 that no group workouts were permitted until the team facility was reopened. If the issue is that this directive wasn't properly communicated by the team to the players, punish the team. If it was conveyed to the players, punish the players. But heads need to roll.
  16. Surely, the NFL has some sort of internal deadline to make a decision regarding Sunday. Wonder how much longer they are going to make us wonder if we should get a new keg this weekend or not.
  17. I believe, FCC only applies to broadcast over airwaves, meaning not cable, meaning non the NFL Network. That's why the FCC cannot fine a cable network for broadcasting swear words or nudity. I may be incorrect, of course, given the NFL does use ***** airwaves for most of their other games.
  18. Unfortunately, Denver is really banged up themselves and likely won't be able to take advantage of this huge break for a win.
  19. Yep, use today's practice to start installing the KC game-plan. Now, there is no way the Titans can play this weekend. One way or another, the next game will be vs KC.
  20. What real assurance do the Bills (or the league) really have that proper protocol has been followed in the past week? NONE. With yet another one or two positives today, that is at least an indication that prohibited gatherings took place beyond the now infamous Sept. 30 practice.
