Bills defense has allowed the fewest amount of points since 2019. I get people want to give Allen all the credit but the Bills would’ve won probably right around the same amount of games with a QB like Cousins. Some games he probably wins that Allen lost and Allen would win some games that Cousins would lose. The biggest difference would likely come playoff time where the Bills lose some wild card games with Cousins.

The division has sucked. Cousins would easily be the best QB in the division from 2020-2022. And the Bills defense would still dominate bad teams.

How much they pay?

They’d be good. Not sure how good. But the offense with Diggs and Cousins wouldn’t be terrible. People forget how great the defense has been since 2019. Bills regular season points allowed rankings. 2019 - 2nd 2020 - 16th 2021 - 1st 2022 - 2nd 2023 - 4th I think the Bills win at least 2 division titles and maybe 3 with Cousins.

What don’t you like about Cleveland? That roster is loaded. Plus I love the coaching staff. They quietly added Mike Vrabel as an assistant.

Ravens lost a lot of players also. I don’t think they are a clear top team this year either. I think there are 3 top teams, KC, Detroit, and San Francisco. Then there are a bunch of teams that can be next. It’s hard to argue any order after those 3 but I think Buffalo is way too unknown to put that high. Basically we’re just putting them there because of Josh Allen.

Too much transition to rank them in their normal top 5 spot.

I think after KC, Detroit, and SF you could rank the next 10 teams in any order. Those 10 being Buffalo, Baltimore, Miami, NYJ, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Philadelphia, Houston, and Green Bay.

Dolphins and Browns have very good rosters and some elite stars.

Off the top of my head. I dropped the Jets out of the top 10 even though they have a top 5 roster. Too much drama. 1 Chiefs 2 Lions 3 49ers 4 Ravens 5 Browns 6 Dolphins 7 Texans 8 Cowboys 9 Bills 10 Eagles

He’s got numbers and wins. He’s somewhere in the top 10.

It’s all about timing and cap %. Trevor Lawrence is sitting at 10th overall for cap % when signed. It’s never going to flatline, contract value will rise with the cap. Allen is worth $61 million today if he signed.

I believe McDermott was in trouble if that happened. Pegula hired McDermott. I think it will take something controversial to fire McDermott.

I always suspected that Beane gave the green light for the hit piece on McDermott.

You don’t get better letting good players you draft walk, especially at DE and CB.

People don’t seem to understand how good a player Rousseau is. All around good player.

Rousseau with 10+ sacks is a $30 million player. I’m hoping he stays in the 5-7 range honestly. Unless he becomes an absolute terror. He’s a $20 million player now.
