    I wonder about Chad Hall. Hodgins was supposed to be a big slot WR for us. With Crowder injured there was a huge opportunity for Hodgins to take over the slot role or at least split with McKenzie. Instead Hodgins was working as depth behind Diggs. It’s a missed opportunity. Looks like they didn’t evaluate their players well.

    Leslie Frazier was 3rd for assistant coach of the year.

    Ok but we’re still one the best offenses in the league. We should only get better with better pieces around Allen and Dorsey having more experience.

    Many Bills fans think this is as good as we get with the current group. No high draft pick. No cap space. So the biggest changes will have to come from coaching. That’s their belief. The Bills can win the AFC with the right moves in the draft and UFA.

    He’s probably our most popular position coach. Most fans know him and like him. Been here 6 years. It’s an interesting development.

    I never understood why this isn’t fixed by the NFL. There should be some sort of cap adjustment for teams in states with higher taxes.

    Very little talent at the wr position in Buffalo. Every WR has outplayed their contract.

    I think we’ve gotten more out of our WRs than we should’ve expected. No one, even Diggs was a highly drafted WR. A bunch of 3rd round or lower guys.

    The thing is every team has holes and weaknesses. The Bills are still one of the most complete teams in football.

    Ok? How many teams have played in the AFC championship game the last 3 years? Only 3. Chiefs, Bengals, and Bills.

    We’ve already done that. It’s Super Bowl or bust every year. That’s why fans are so emotional after losing in the divisional round.

    Position coaches like stability. He probably thought there was more stability in Jacksonville. Which tells me the offensive staff has been put on notice.

    Jets. Jets and Dolphins had many high draft picks recently.

    Carroll deserved just as much as Daboll. But I think the award always goes to the coach of the biggest surprise team or the coach of a team that dominates the league. Daboll and Carrol are probably the biggest surprises last year. Pederson also but Trevor Lawrence was supposed to be in the playoffs at some point.

    Shakir will have to earn it. He’s an average WR physically. He has talent but he’ll start as a 4th option next year unless he has an outstanding offseason. Knox is an elite talent at TE. Still improving as a route runner. He should be used like a top 5 TE. Those guys get 100+ targets.

    McDermott coaching tree looking good so far. Andy Reid coaching tree still the best.
