  1. yep, and lets just ignore the little report saying the Bills wanted Dustin Keller until the jets traded up for him.
  2. instead of spending wasting the money on a euro smartcar, save a few bucks and get the cheaper american equivalent... http://images.businessweek.com/ss/06/10/to...mage/slide2.jpg
  3. of course you agree. when we pay him, it gives you one more player to B word about being "overpaid"
  4. I'm sorry, but wes welker is one of thr most overrated WRs in the entire league. he's a glorified slot receiver who spent all of last season catching nothing but short dump offs. the guy averaged barely 10 yards per catch, which is the mendoza line for WRs. All of that while lining up with moss too.
  5. Good for Jerry Porter. He's simply calling a spade a spade, or in this case, a cheating team and the commish's office attempt tp sweep everything under the rug. If everyone wants this to go away, do the appropriate thing: ban belichick, admit the cheating was rampant and gave them a huge advantage, and strip them of their SB titles.
  6. So what are all of the NFL teams with starting quality backup LTs?
  7. So whats the "expected value" of a coin flip? Tails.5 or Heads.5?
  8. So what? a player is going to be underpaid/overpaid every single season based on just looking at their previous year. Dockery was well worth the money we paid for him, and is a hell of a guard. Him and Peters locked down the left side of the line, and both will be mainstays for the forseeable future. He's got plenty of talent. Also, what teams in the NFL have quality backups at LT that can step in and not miss a beat?
  9. i wasnt implying that the article said mangold didnt have a good year. i was showing you that article in response to your bone-headed accusations about the Bills 2006 draft. I'm also sorry that you still cant understand why there is no error in a die roll. But i've been meaning to ask you since you been back...in your little padded room, did you ever roll a 3.5 on a die? (no matter what your answer, i am glad to see you've improved to the point to where the psych ward was able to get you out of solitary and return you to the general population. What cocktail of meds do they have you on this time?)
  10. ZOMG! All your Bills are suxors! [/dawgg and obie-wan]
  11. Dockery isnt overpaid, and is hardly medicore.
  12. i'd recommend a sample size of 3.5 twizzlers. And since you appear to be new to this line of candy, did you know you can doubly enjoy a twizzler? Bit off each end and use the twizzler as a straw! You will be the envy of every co-worker!
  13. McGee is better than greer. i like greer, he's a nice little CB, very well suited for a nickel role, and can come in and definitely hold his own for a few games in case of injury. But over the course of the season? i'll take McGee anyday of the week. Before too long, McKelvin and McGee should be our starters, with greer/james battling it out for the nickel spot.
  14. The only speculation was that the bills could trade down with philly or denver and receive a second OR third round pick. And what your dumb ass cant understand is that The front office was ok with starting fowler at OC, but NOT with starting Bowen at SS. Just because YOU thought mangold could/should come in and start doesnt mean the team did. And as stated above, Mangold didnt look so hot last season, and neither did D'brick. http://buf.scout.com/2/526808.html I'm trusting a guy who's been in football for 50+ years over some dumbass who thinks you cal roll a 3.5 on a die and that birds should evolve back into dinos.
  15. You need to consider what type of safety schweigert is. is he a liability in coverage? if so, then he's not going to fit in our Cover-2 scheme. We need safeties that can range and cover the deep halves. If schweigert is an in the box smashmouth safety, he really wont have much of a place on the Bills.
  16. probably around the time he met zevo. And now the 2 of them are getting married this summer.
  17. so jerry sullivan is a wazzhole?
  18. No one wins by Peters holding out or the Bills not paying him.
  19. but according to you, all first round OL picks are great and its the only way to build the OL.
  20. He's a damn pro bowl left tackle. This isnt like terrance mcgee or josh reed wantig a new deal. Its a friggin cornerstone of any good franchise. you pay him regardless, keep him happy, and keep other players happy too when they see we have a plan to hang onto our top players. Its a no brainer. How many pro boel LTs are out there? not too many. lock him up and get him a new deal.
  21. Moulds would be a good fit for Tampa. they still have galloway and jackson to stretch the field. so moulds could work underneath and pick up a nice amount of catches and yards. Plus, bewteen Moulds, Galloway and Hilliard, they have roughly 100+ years of NFL experience.
  22. theres still a bunch of us waiting for you to list all of the teams that have quality backups at LT.
  23. thats never been confirmed. its merely speculation and fantasy that you and bill share. I find it funny how eveyrone bitches that we "reached" 3-4 spots to get whitner, but would have been ok "reaching" 1/2 a round to grab a center. And for the record, Mangold did NOT have a good season last year.
  24. Peters signed when he was a young and potentially upcoming RT. Now, he's a pro-bowl LT. The pay scale is a bit different. The Bills arent going anywhere without him there, so pay the man. I'd rather have peters for his remaining 3 years plus a 5 year extension @ 50 mil, than have peters pissed off for the final 3 years and watch him leave when his contract is up. Not to mention the bad precedent this will set for the rest of the team. They signed schobel last season, which was a wise move. This offseason, PEters and Evans should both get big money contracts, followed by Crowell.
