  1. We can also make fun of Lana for drenching her salad in honey mustard
  2. Yep, I know this thread is getting big, but there are a few of us in that club for sure...I'm in total agreement with those who feel Hank should get more screen time and have some of Skylar's and her nutball sister's reduced. Heisenberg doesn't have time for her crap and she clearly has absolutely no appreciation for his genius.
  3. I did... *spoilers* Since Wayne was trained by Raz, you'd think he recognized the tatt, but you're right, they didn't really follow that up. I thought they did explain her role in the whole thing pretty well, though, including the Bane back story, so I was pretty satisfied with that. Is your point that they should have followed up more on him seeing the tatt?
  4. The little pup I'm helping raise/train has been fearful of heights...until today! His 2nd ever leap from couch
  5. Interesting...it will be fun to discuss which was the best film of the trilogy for sure. I'm still sort of marinating on it, but if I had to say where I'm at right now, I'd likely consider this the best of the three by a hair. For some reason, I felt this was the most complete film in terms of back story, intensity, acting, resolution, etc...it's a very tight race between this one and the last one.
  6. Wow, I"m not all that familiar with Goyer by name, but Snyder and Nolan is a mini-dream team...sort of like JJ Abrahms and Spielberg were.
  7. It is a sad thing to be done, but you have S5 to look forward to and also the most important thing...the memories
  8. You know, I thought I saw Nolan's name on the trailer...I'm glad you said that cause it was so late that I wasn't sure if I saw that right or not. I'm even more interested in that one now.
  9. I think that was my main issue, as well. The episode just wasn't entertaining to me, regardless of how meaningful it may have been. That's why it stuck out to me in a negative way, because literally EVERY other episode of this show I've seen has had me just plain riveted. I was bored by the Fly and even a bit frustrated.
  10. I will watch anything Nolan does at this point... I think you'll know what i mean when I say this, but the fact that I had no idea it was the trailer for Man of Steel until about half way into it was a positive in my eyes.
  11. I hated the Sopranos finale at first, but then I think it was actually Buftex who sent me a link that sort of broke down the final scene. I still think the overall finale was weak, but I have come to really love the last ten mins.
  12. I see your point...I think I'll feel that way more once they put the damn show in HD...I can't BELIEVE it's still SD...just inexcusable! Especially since Glass House is in HD, you'd think they want to finally get into the 21st century.
  13. Yeah, it did drag at times...and overall BB is just a superior show. Aside from that "fly" episode that i absolutely hated, BB has been damn near perfect. I gave him a mulligan on "fly"...no harm no foul ;0
  14. It's in the news, so I figured it wasn't really spoiler worthy...my bad bro. It wasn't through game play that he was evicted...he was threatening people in the house and they kicked him. Really? You'd rather have a really boring person that is likable in the house over someone you hate but keeps things stirred up? I thought Kara was a sweetheart and very hot, but DANG she was boring.
  15. Dang, Corp...glad you're okay! That's one of my biggest fears, even though I love lightening storms.
  16. Wow, two of my favorite athletes of all-time not only in the same place, but throwing down! (errr, sort of) Awesomeness!!!
  17. Most ER staff will consider people who come there with ear infections losers. You WILL get inferior treatment if you do this...I'm just sayin'.
  18. *****SPOILER***** Is anyone watching? Apparently Willie got booted today for behavior...what a d-bag.
  19. Good point about Anne Hathaway, Mark. She definitely deserves props for her role. Like you, I wasn't sure I was all that happy about the casting choice, but hell, if Nolan hasn't earned my confidence by now I don't know what else he could do. The guy is a genius and he makes money decisions time and time again. Just a solid film, and a solid trilogy...start to finish.
  20. I sort of agree with that. I'm often critical of movies that can't resist the "blue skies" endings. I give Nolan the benefit of the doubt that he's not like that in general, and maybe the studio just insisted that Batman's fate wasn't confined to a mushroom cloud, but I would have been fine without that scene. What i would have done was show Alfred sitting at the table, and then something getting his attention. Maybe even have him give the nod or change his facial expression, but then don't show Wayne and Selena at the table. Just leave it open a bit. I think that would have been the more artistic approach and it sort of appeases people like us as well as the blue skies folks. Not a huge issue with me, though...just a minor quibble.
  21. Good to see Taterhill in that thread...wonder where he's at? I went through a lot of keyboards because of that guy.
