P.Diddy sued for $1 Trillion for causing 9/11
ajzepp replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in Off the Wall Archives
It seemed to read as if it was the author talking about the chick in the third person, so I assumed it was just an oversight by the editor or spell check dude/dudette. It's definitely happening more often, I totally agree. And I'm not some grammar nazi either, I just know that if I were writing up something professionally, I'd make damn sure it was cleaned up. -

She has a point. BTW, what is with these articles lately? Seems like every one I read has grammar/spelling/punctuation issues. Don't they have people to check this stuff anymore? "She also claims that her and Diddy have a son together, Cornelius Wilson, who is now 23." -
Did the system not send you an email that had the tourney notification? I think you signed up after I set the tourney, so if you didn't get it that may be why. But yeah, I have the tourney set for 730pm tomorrow (Sun) night. And I'm totally game for higher stakes, which is why I'm glad we're up to twelve...yes TWELVE TBD'ers! I figured we could vary the stakes from tourney to tourney that way those who want to still play for free won't feel isolated. I think as long as we have more than four people in a tourney, the thing will keep stats, so even on the free rolls there are bragging rights at stake! muah ha ha I won't what the most is that at least four people would be willing to wager? I don't like playing head's up (but anyone I gave admin privileges to is certainly free to use the club for that purpose at any time), but I think it would be fun to have a high stakes tourney from time to time...meaning that whatever the highest amt is that at least four people can agree to, you know?

You got it, man...now that we have a way to send out notices to everyone at once, we can set tourneys for whenever we like Glad to have ya!

supposedly there are a few really talented contestants that sneaky Nigel is holding off showcasing until a little later...this chick is apparently one of them. Not sure if it's legit, but if she's in the competition she may be fun to watch. Karen Rodriguez

I feel the same way, actually....it's been a while, but I've bought them a few times in my 38 years. It's just the way it's depicted in the movies and on tv, you know? One of my favorite movies from the mid-80s was Mr. Mom....the look on michael keaton's face is hilarious when he takes them off the shelf

lmao, I know this is probably a perfect set-up for you man, but when I read this comment I got a mental image of you being in the grocery store trying to not be seen buying tampons for your wife Good, I hope so man! I was just going to stop posting in this thread altogether a few days ago, but as long as there are at least one or two people watching along with me, I'd rather keep it goin

Here are the two best so far, IMO...

Show got off to a shaky start, but the last audition of the night was a truly legit singer. She's got a lot going for her, although she needs to tone down the personality just a bit, IMO. But she's got mad pipes and has the potential to be there in the end

WOOOHOOO!!!! WE JUST HIT TEN MEMBERS! That is officially more than we've ever had in the past, and there are still a few more (at least) who have shown interest but not yet joined. We now have the potential for a multi-table tourney for when everyone plays, and hopefully we'll continue growing and be able to have multi-table events every time. All TBD'ers who have joined the club should see that they have admin privileges....send me a PM if you don't! And as always, if you guys know of anyone who wants to join, sign em up or send me an invite request. People can join for free, and our first tourney is going to be totally free. Nobody ever has to feel pressured to spend a dime or to play in any given tourney...no stress poker...that's my motto!

That was a great post, Clippers. You are a more than worthy replacement for Rico. lol I think I know which kid you're referring to. He had a killer voice and really seems like he could have a Clay Aiken type of makeover during the season. On top of that, he sang an Amos Lee song, and Amos Lee is my favorite artist of all time. In fact, his new album - Mission Bell - was just released and is available online or at fine music stores everywhere

haha, I knew who ya meant Tropic Thunder was a riot...I can't wait to watch that one again. Memento I haven't seen in years, but it's a very smartly made, interesting film. Just make sure you're wide awake when you watch it, cause you really need to "work at it" so to speak in order to follow everything. Haven't seen Triplets, but loved We Are Marshall... You have some really good movies on tap, my friend! -

If I had seen Bardem is some of his other girly films where he's some Don Juan type of dude, I probably wouldn't have had quite the same reaction to 'No Country..."...but since I was not familiar with the guy, he intimidated the HELL out of me. I thought his performance was just ridiculously strong...FRIENDO! I'd have to watch the film again to know what happened to the cash, cause it's been a few years since I've seen it. I'm sure this is a film I'll be revisiting again soon...I need to have a double feature with this one and Tropic Thunder Oh, and I know you meant Jeff Bridges, not Jeff Daniels, and I agree...the guy is a fantastic actor, and he deserves consideration once again for sure. That film was cast perfectly. -

Speaking of potato chips, Lays has a new kettle brand out and they are pretty tasty. I've always felt that Lays had the best flavor of the mass market chips, and these keep that standard alive, IMO. Those ruffles look pretty good -
I just watched Exam too...thought it was pretty good, but it sort of lost me about 2/3 in, but I did like the very end.

Pooj, I'm almost positive there is a movie in theaters right now about your exact situation....go see it, and if the outcome is positive then just do whatever they did Solution! -
If you're still watching my boy Trump, then that makes up for the Idol thing...I thought I was the only one still watching that show. Trump rules!!

Yep, I'm a big fan of theirs. No Country for Old Men is one of my favorite films of all time. The only one of theirs I absolutely hated was Barton Fink. Loved Lebowski, loved Fargo... -
Hmmm....okay, 3 then

lol, there's like six girls who leave me notes all the time on FB

Okay, well....I had to try lol.

This really sucks...the best players in Bills history can't ever get over the hump to win it all, yet pretty much every crap Bill we've sent packing has a nice shiny one in the jewelry box. Life is fugged up!

Exactly...I can't wait to see this again
