That alien in Paul is one creepy looking sumbitch, but it reminds me of that short film competition/reality show that was on a few years ago. It had Gary Marshall and Princess Leia as the judges. One of the director contestants made a short film about an alien being pulled over by a cop that made me piss myself. It's about time we've had a FRICKIN LEGAL DRAMA back on the screen. Courtroom dramas is one of my favorite genres, so it's nice to see that someone finally put one back up on the big screen. Hopefully we can get a trend going and have a rebirth. Thanks Mark!

Damn right brother! I hope all those punkbitches get voted off...I was disgusted that they intentionally threw a competition, especially at this point in the game. Hopefully Russell will be the king of redemption island for weeks to come, and Rob will keep things interesting in his tribe. I just hate when people take the loser mentality or the easy way out, and throwing a comp to get rid of russell showed what kind of losers they are.

I've been interested in psychics and mediums for as long as I can remember. I've also had a couple of (brief) conversations with him via email. If there is any such thing as a medium, then this is it.

I hope it doesn't happen either! Didn't Peaches Seacrest say that they were doing online voting this year? I hope someone didn't find a way to completely screw with the results lol Tatynisa was one of my early favorites back in the audition rounds, but she's been awful ever since...she definitely should not be moving on. I didn't know they were cutting down to the final 10 tonight...I thought they were voting the bottom two girls/guys off each week until they got to top 12...this may be ugly tonight if the votes didn't go as they should have.

I don't know if there is any truth to this, but got an email from a friend who is an Idol junkie and apparently the two contestants that received the highest number of votes for the first two performance shows were Country Scott and TaTynisa...I expected both of them to be sent packing, so hopefully this isn't accurate

Yep, I agree man....as long as one of them is still on the show, it'll hold my interest. I'm also hoping that russell can kick some arse on redemption island, but if his staying time on the show comes down to whether he can make a stick with some shoelaces, I dunno...lol

There are 168 hours in one week. I was thinking today about how many of those hours I spend doing various activities (on average). Below is a rough sketch of how I spend my time...how do you guys compare? Who would have ever thought that the most talented group of 12 girls the show has ever had would also be the most attractive and/or cute? We males have lots of eye candy (*disclaimer: I'm only referring to those girls who are of age!), whereas you ladies have to look at this guy all season

I hope that man-faced B word catches some Nicaraguan disease that causes her to grow two more penises in addition to the one she already has....she had a chance to make a move that would have been remembered for a long time, but instead she turned coward just like the rest of her little alliance. I thought the girls were a little better than the guys overall, with one or two of them really surprising me. Here are my top 6 for the night... 1A)Pia...holy crap, that was nice. 1B) Lauren Alaina...she is the most natural performer with the most potential in this competition, IMO. 3)Kendra...I honestly don't even remember this girl from before tonight...but I'll remember her from this point forward. This is what makes the show interesting...seeing some chick really start to come out of her shell and find her voice. She killed this song. 4)Naima...I really like this girl. I think she can pretty much forget about having to clean crappers anymore 5)Thia...I agree with the judges...this girl is beyond her years. Loved the opening! 6)Karen...I'm sort of sick of that song, but I loved the parts she sang in Spanish Chubby Lauren, Hayley, and Julie have potential, too...really the only two performances I thought were bad were Rachel and Ta-Tynesia. This show pretty confirmed it will be the most talented top 12 ever, with about 4-6 of these kids really having a shot to win it, IMO. You guys agree? Disagree?

The show last night - a top 24 show - had more talent than the any of the top 12 shows from the last two years...and we still haven't even seen the women go yet. There are definitely some legit singers this year.

I finally got around to watching the rest of this film...WOW, this is what movies are about. What a fantastic film...it truly had it all...suspense...mystery...little humor....romance...just a great, great film

You know, that's a great point. Randy may have really set this kid up for failure by referring to his hollywood week performance as the "greatest Idol performance ever". How can this kid possibly live up to that? That being said, his natural talent is there in spades...I don't think his appeal will be such that he has a chance to win, but I could see him carving out a very nice little niche for himself in the music biz....maybe like spiritual/gospel type music.
