Ah okay, yeah, I would have much rather had them on the show. I don't have much of a time frame in terms of seasons, cause the first season I ever watched was only a few years ago...then I got hooked and went back to watch past seasons. Same with Survivor.

Hopefully he'll show good presence and awareness in the pocket, especially when the D is showing blitz. That's important.

lol, I like him too, I just think he's not a very good singer I don't know what it is, but all these strange gyrations and high-pitched girly vocals just aren't doing it for me lol The whole thing is just sorta weird now...He seems perfectly normal when he's being interviewed, but when he starts up his performance it makes me think of the peter pan guy.

Well if that's the case, Probst would be all over you lol I'm not really cut out for the survival lifestyle either...

That's how I feel about these "pro day" things. You've got film of however many games, yet I'm always hearing how this guy or that guy looked AMAZING at their pro day. So because someone looks good throwing the football to receivers they are familiar with, with no pass rush, with the receivers completely uncovered, all of a sudden you want to move them higher on the draft board? I don't get it. What matters most is what they have done on the field during live action, particularly in big games. All these crazy things that happen in February and March that makes people think players are completely different than they were before is asinine.

Pia is so physically attractive I almost wonder if that will work against her with the female vote, but I agree she should be there in the end. She has really come on and is very talented. I agree about James, and Scotty seems to really have a following even though I don't much care for the kid. I'm pretty sure he's been toward the top of the voting in each of the last three weeks. Definitely agree about Paul and Jacob lol.

In this case I think the guy kept it on him and sort of let others know he had it, so your idea may not have been done yet lol. I wish theyd do it more often, though, cause it's great to see the reaction when someone plays a fake one. In fact, IIRC, many of the tribe KNEW it was fake when Randy played it, so he was sort of the only one not in the know lol...it was great

One of the best tribals ever was when a guy named Randy (pretty sure it was Survivor China) very arroganly used an idol that he thought was legit. As it turns out, it was fashoined by the eventual winner of that season and the look on his face (and the faces of others) when it was played were classic. One of my favorite tribals ever, even though I was actually a big fan of that Randy guy.

I'm glad that Mark and CL got more entertainment out of the show last night than I did...maybe I was just grumpy because I had to get up early today, I dunno...but I thought those efforts were just piss poor, with the exception of a few. I really like Lauren, and I'm hoping that she continues to shine. She was my early favorite, and I like the Kelly Clarkson comparison. She also just seems like a great girl with a big heart...tough not to root for her. My stab at bottom three tonight: Karen, Thia, and little Haley.

That was great, and it's completely true...

lol, I remember the Alfred E. Neumann thing when I saw that kid today...too funny! They need to get their act together quick...that was nearly unwatchable at times. This season has been a great big surprise up until tonight...hopefully they all watch their performances back, realize they were crap, and get back on track for next week.

Yep, there is only one idol in play in the yellow camp, and that's the one Rob has. I'm going to repeat exactly what one of those Russell women said during the show...it's almost a guarantee that NOBODY from this tribe will make it even close to the end. This is perhaps the dumbest tribe in the history of the show. They have absolutely no long-term strategy, not one among them is any sort of strategist, and when Rob gets a hold of them they will be picked off one by one. I'm actually rooting for the kid on redemption island to keep his streak going...nice 3-0 start, including a win over the best strategic player in the history of Survivor!!!!!

I don't even watch that show and I'm sick to death of that dumbass...I was loving watching him get totally blasted by everyone for how bad he sucked I enjoyed the humor a lot, but needed more Giraldo for sure...

mmmmkay... what...was...THAT??? I know a few of them are sick this week, but that SUCKED! I don't know if anyone else picked up on it, but that Jimmy guy who is in charge at Innerscope records and working the the contestants seemed a bit perturbed tonight. I got the impression that maybe some of these kids are getting too comfortable with their status and not working as hard as they ought to be. I may be way off, but that was the vibe I got from him...and given the total CRAPFEST I just watched, it would seem tht is the case. Lauren did better than last week and Pia sounded and looked great...beyond that, I enjoyed the performances from James and Casey, but I didn't think either of them sounded good at all. Jacob was all right, but too over the top. Paul sucked. Thia sucked. Naima was boring. Scotty was the same as he is every time he's on the stage. Stefano was good, not great. Karen sucked.

Well, given that we have a pretty health environment on this team, if he lives up to your assessment then this would be a good place for him to land. For a team to suck as long as we have, yet still show this much heart and leadership, clearly we have a lot of character. We just need to add a little more talent to that character without disrupting things. I'd prefer Bowers to Dareus, but I could live with cartoon boy, too.
