  1. Drink copious amounts of Crown. You can do ANYTHING whilst drinking copious amounts of Crown.
  2. I asked my wife a hypothetical question. Let's say I was traveling by myself, and I was killed in a freak accident in Jerusalem. What would you do? Pay $30,000 to fly me back to the US to bury me, or pay $500 to bury me in Jerusalem. She thought for a moment, and said she would pay the $30,000. I said How sweet! What was your reasoning behind your decision? She said 3000 years ago, this guy was killed in Jerusalem, and 3 days later, he rose from the dead and was alive again. She just couldn't take that chance.
  3. @Virgil here's a good video showing what the sun/shadow situation will be at the new stadium.
  4. Not so much rocker chick, but how about the greatest all female band of all time! Belinda Carlisle Jane Wiedlin Charlotte Caffey Gina Schock Kathy Valentine
  5. The moment Stewart Skinner lets in a goal, the Oilers are in trouble. 3-4 record in these playoffs. In the 4 losses, he's let in 20 goals. In the 3 wins, all shutouts. Game 3 back in Edmonton Sunday afternoon.
  6. Calvin was already named Calvin when we got him at 6 weeks. We liked it. Emery showed up in our back yard and wouldn't leave. My stepdaughters named her Emery, and I got to give her her middle name. All black cat, so she's Emery Cygnus. Chloe was named Punkin when we rescued her from 10 Lives Club. We didn't like Punkin but kept it as her middle name. Chloe was a group decision. Millie and Maggie were already named that when we rescued them. We were told they were a bonded pair, but there's no bond between them lol. We didn't mind Millie and Maggie. And Riley our dog was actually named Recon. I mean he's a Staffie so I get why Recon, but we were going to rename him. We wanted to keep something similar, so we went with Riley. My stepdaughter said Cooper went well with Riley, so he's called Riley Cooper. No affiliation to the former Eagles WR.
  7. Joel said he had normal pressure hydrocephalus, which has led to “problems with hearing, vision and balance.” https://www.nytimes.com/2025/05/23/arts/music/billy-joel-brain-disorder-nph.html?campaign_id=60&emc=edit_na_20250523&instance_id=155167&nl=breaking-news&regi_id=124688203&segment_id=198561&user_id=7d4d7d8af86b7cc8b09f3e6e69dc941f
  8. They had to. Wind confusion takes a long time to calibrate.
  9. Is there mud on artificial turf? (Asking for a friend)
  10. This could give you a warning point
  11. You mentioned this before and it stuck with me for something I need to try
  12. Blackberry Crown works better. Trust me.
  13. Is that why you have over 118K posts? Getting show material yo?
  14. Man. I was so looking forward to seeing Bob Griese come to town.
  15. I didn't get any of that when I was there. We got more "did you find a church yet" than anything political.
  16. We're fans of the HGTV Show Hometown. So in 2023 we went to Laurel, Mississippi where the show is filmed for a vacation. We went back this year, and the town just fits us like your favorite pair of jeans. It's just so comfortable. We met many people that have been on the show. They are all so friendly.
  17. Exactly the reason why my wife gave me the go ahead to hire a plow service for this upcoming winter. Hopefully in a couple of years, we'll have a winter snow-bird house down south (Mississippi).
  18. I live in the Town of Aurora. The snowfall is a difficult thing to deal with. And with me living on a State Route (20A), the end of my driveway is often buried with salt laden snow, and impossible for my snowblower to get through. But other than that, I wouldn't trade where I live. I make a right turn out of my driveway, and within 5 minutes I'm in East Aurora. I make a left turn out of my driveway, and within 5 minutes I'm in Orchard Park. Plus I have an acre of land. I mow about half of it and I don't mind that at all. Plus seeing the deer trying to headbutt my dog through the chain linked fence gives my wife and I a good laugh. Our dog just stands there and barks at the deer, the deer takes another charge, and bam! Right into the fence. I'd say Southtowns, but I have a biased opinion.
