This is just the opening salvo of a long dance between ownership and the various governmental players. Best not to get too excited or agitated about statements like these - there is a long way to go. In the meantime, Kim should focus on improving the fan experience as well as the product on the field. Bills fans have shelled out hard-earned money for a horrible product for decades, well beyond what most fanbases would’ve put up with. Start winning some games and then maybe there will be a bigger appetite for ticket hikes and even maybe PSLs.

Incognito's Retirement? [update: Now Released]

This is exactly what I worried/mused about upthread - Ritchie's story is looking like it isn't going to end well. Really hope he gets help. -

This is an example of where not having an established, winning program comes back to bite us in multiple ways. WRT Ritchie, I don't see it ending well for him - I feel like we'll be watching a "30 for 30" in five or ten years profiling the Martin incident and the wrecked lives of Martin, Ritchie and possibly Pouncey in their post-NFL careers - just a bad combination of teammates, wrong place, wrong time, a bunch of unstable maniacs. -

MMQB: The Jets' Long Road To Sam Darnold
Coach Tuesday replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You're not necessarily wrong but you're far too simplistic about it. They took a chance and admitted it was a mistake and fixed it... they weren't sure what Peterman would be when the bullets started flying. They found out. They also didn't design a smart gameplan for him and the OC was appropriately fired as a result. -
This is where you're wrong - we're at the point in the offseason when the blind optimism has started to reach a fever pitch... we're a Superbowl contender until the third week of September when reality starts to set in, and more and more posters start pretending they've understood all along that this wasn't a one-year fix. But now? In May? Forget about it. Anyhow wrt receivers, they might try to get lucky with someone like Demaryius Thomas being a late cut/add. Otherwise it's a BRUTAL group.

I agree - I don't buy (2). I've heard it just like we all have, and it sounds like B.S. to me. Daboll may have built a PLAN for Josh Allen but not an offense. If you're building an offense for Josh Allen you add some vertical threats and three or four 6'6'' WRs and TEs (established, uninjured ones).
