  1. And the year before that. And before that, even. Except it was generally not off the edge. It was up the middle.
  2. And the extra $9 mil or so a year that they got from Tor? Ralphie's pocket?
  3. Have to admit I was wrong there. I thought McGahee would be one of the all-time greats, based on college production. Didn't realize he had a $0.02 head.
  4. Don't know. I would have to know exactly what his assignment was on every play, watch every play via coaches film (focusing solely on Peters) and then I would have a reasonably informed opinion.
  5. Me neitehr. Richard Seymour & Co. will overpower the left side of our line, Trent will have no time to throw, TO will start bitchin about not having the ball, Freddie Jackson will hold out and Luynch is suspended, so no running game. I wonder if we keep within 4 touchdowns and Trent actually walks off the field?
  6. Lets go Yankees.
  7. Depends, does ol cheapo Ralphie give the money to players like Peters or Pat Williams or put it in his pocket? I'm on record as saying I'd pay double for my season tickets if Ralphie would put the money to paying players, all I want to do is win a SB. If he wants to put it in his pocket, I say choke on it.
  8. For a couple more $$$, its sure was. Let the Bills offer $10-11 mil per and he stays a bill.
  9. Yippee, I love having more chances for the front office to show what astute talent evaluators they are when it comes to the secondary. What do you think....CB, S, CB? Or S, CB, CB? Perhaps a WR who can also return punts. Can't have enough targets right?
  10. You'd get 8 games of decent play at the LT slot.
  11. Yep, my thoughts exactly. He'll go to Philly at 21.
  12. If he's healthy, that isn't such a bad idea, on a 1-year minimum risk type contract.
  13. Franchise LTs? You get maybe one a year. They are usually taken in the top 5. We will likely get ours next year....with the 1st overall pick in the 2010 NFL draft...
  14. I was sitting at the 20 yard line, opposite that play. Don't have to remind me of that one. I also watched him dominate Umineoyra in 2007.
  15. Walker does not have the footwork to play LT. He will get beaten by speed rushers. So, we now need to keep a back in to help on the left side, one less outlet for Trent.
  16. Noone is leaving. Sorry. Peters was a legit franchise LT. They don't grow on trees.
  17. Totally agree with this.
  18. Yep, Peters single-handedly shut down Osi Umeyoria. Umeyoria could not function against Peters. Then Peters got hurt, Umeyora dominated, we folded and the NYG went on to win the super bowl.
  19. I've watched every friggin game of this team's since 1987, never missed one. I wore my colors last year at the Meadowlands, after the stupid call on JP, I still wore em proud. Today, I have never felt more disgusted or embarassed to be a bills fan. This shows absolutely no commitment to winning at all.
  20. Thats how to build an OL, I'm jealous.
  21. How the f--- do you know this? Peters wanted to get paid, that I know.
  22. How do you know that? You don't think if the Bills said "OK" to one of the multiple contract proposals Parker and Peters presented, he would not have signed? The bills are a cheap ass organization with a full-blown commitment to mediocrity.
  23. Nope, never humiliated. My team played and lost, it happens. Its football. Nope, not at all. My opinion on Jauron would never have made me embarassed to be a fan of this team like today did. Believe me, I have never made a statement like that before and don't take it lightly. This trade proves that there is absolutely no commitment to winning from that organization.
  24. Can he block Richard Seymour?
