Interesting. 5 Wides will be tough for us to stop. Especially if Gray decides to try and bring the house on that one, which can only lead to big plays for NE. Still, if Vincent is healthy, we can at least contain the 5 wides with Milloy/Vincent/Clements/McGee/Reese. The last two aren't great, but not terrible either. Dillon, while good, doesn't scare me. Our front 4 +Fletcher will stop Dillon. Will Sam Adams and Pat Williams in the middle, backed up by London Fletcher, forget about inside running. Outside, we have Spikes & Posey at LB, with Schobel & Kelsey at DE. I'm not worried that Dillon will get outside on us. Our defensive speed is too much. No question you are correct. However, to throw all your exotic blizes at Bledsoe, you need to first stop the run. I think you guys miss Ted Washington too much to do this versus McGahee. Bottomline, if Willis gets 30+ carries, I think we'll win the game.

Williams may not be out, no test results yet. McGahee will get to the outside, and run in between the tackles. Miami and the Jest both have good LB's and McGahee gashed them. You won't be different. And even if you do catch up to him on the outside, he will break the tackle. In the Baltimore game, he broke two one-on-one tackles against Ray Lewis. Impressive. You are correct tho that the game rests on Drew and his ability to avoid mistakes. He has avoided them 3/4 weeks, I think he'll avoid them again.

No question I'd watch every game anyway, even go to a few. I just would not be optimistic for this season anymore.

Yes it is, but if they take a crap on Sunday nite & lose 31-0 there will be no more optimism this year.

All right, I'll give a little analysis... Bills Positives 1- Our D will be healthy for the first time all year with Milloy & Vincent playing. Dillon will not run on our D. Brady will have to beat us with his arm like he did in the first game. 2- McGahee is unreal and will run for 100+ yards on you guys on 30+ carries. 3- Without Ty Law, you have noone who can cover Moulds 1 on 1, so you will have to double, leaving Evans in single coverage. Evans can outrun single coverage. We will hit a bomb or two if Bledsoe has time. 4- The OL is playing much better, but they should not be confused with the Hogs. 5- Pats are at home and even tho we have not won a big road game since 02, this could be the week. I know you have the home streak intact but all streaks end, your home streak will have to end sometime and you guys are pretty banged up right now. Add it up... Bills 24 Pats 10

Ya know, after reading through both threads (why I'm not really sure) I tend to agree with BF & T-Bone here. Maybe Sue asked a question she could have discovered the answer to with a little bit of research. But was it really necessary to pile on so excessively?? Yeah, she responded in kind, but if you really look in the mirror you know you instigated it. I think a little less jumping on everyone would make the board a much more inviting and better place.

It was always like that in the Big Tree. Danny DeMarco wouldn't allow the players to be bothered, even when I was just a wee kid and would go in there to see my uncle behind the bar. The Big Tree is good times and better people.

Yes, they do still have a shot. But they must continue to jell offensively, run the ball hard and the D and ST must continue playing the way they have been. Looking at the schedule, this Sun starts our toughest 4 game test of the year... vs. Jest @NE vs. StL @Sea Now I think we will beat the Jest. Then this team needs a season defining W and it could happen @ NE. No Ty Law, maybe no Dillon, two backup tackles, hey you never know... VS. StL is winable provide Mother Nature cooperates and gives us a dose of Lake Effect, at Sea will be tough, they play very well at home. The final part of the schedule, 5 games, is pretty easy. @ Mia - W vs. Cle - W @ Cinci - W @ SF - W Then we play at home vs. Pitt (who I do not think is as good as their record) but they may have nothing to play for. Nevertheless, I think we can win that game. So its possible, but we need to win 3 out of the next 4 to even make it a possibility. I said to my buddies before this year, if we are 5-6 on December 1, I think we're making the playoffs. I'll stick with that.

LT - Free Agent/Draft Pick LG - Bannan C - Tucker/Teague RG - Villarial RT - MW That is if MW continues to show progress like he did against Zona. This week will be a huge test for the right side of the OL, and the left side for that matter. What do you guys think?
