That's one thing that bothers me about the NFL. I have a feeling that many Bills players that I grew up to appreciate and respect will have big problems once they approach their 50's.
Yes cancer is a subject that hit close to me as well. My father passed away when i was 11 in 1992 and my uncle just passed away. Both of lung cancer.

Looking at the team from the perspective that they drafted a rookie QB, hired a new coach, etc, they seem to be playing hard and have been in almost every game.

He is a very hard worker. He is not a starter as Strootman/De Rossi and Pjanic are ahead of him but he will get playing time, especially next year if we qualify for Champions League or if any of the other three get hurt/suspended.
