I countered with 30+109. That's the value of 26. If you really need a that second and I don't like my options at 62, i'll think about 90, 101 and 127 and can throw you a 6th... i do like that range of the draft about 80-120.
-
I suspect the Bills easily decline that one. 26 for 30+109 lines up much better for value (696 vs 700), why would the Bills be paying a draft chart premium of a mid-4th just as vigorish when you're the one making the phone call? Not to mention why are the Bills wanting to add another 6th when they already hold 4 selections 169-177. If the Bills have a guy they want (they might?) then there might be a deal to make, but it won't be those 2nd rounders in play for a 4 spot move...

I'd go up as high as 21 for Harmon alone. It puts a lot of pressure on the rest of the draft, as the tier of CBs I like are pretty much always gone by 40, but if he's a guy who can bust the pocket from 1T it's an element that could really change the entire D. The trade I've been using in mocks to get to 21, it's pretty close on the Rich Hill chart: Bills #30 + 62 + 177 -> Pittsburgh #21 + 123 If Harmon goes top-20 the board usually breaks so that you'd want to trade down from 30 to the 35-40 range and get one of Hairston or Amos or if you have to, Thomas or Revel. Then if you can get to about 45 using 56 + whatever you picked up in the trade down you can try to get Landon Jackson or Nick Scourton, or Tuimoloau if you can't get that high. Or, get Alfred Collins at 56 and Swinson at 62, and there's a few interesting players at the bottom of day 2/top of day 3.

With the 23rd pick in the TSW 2.0 Mock Draft the Cheez Bay Packers select Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College Our two big needs are getting after the quarterback and a burner to get down the field. We liked Golden and were not happy when he went off the board on a trade-up. We don't necessarily like the value/fit of other receivers at this position; the next tier plays more to our needs there. In Ezeiruaku we get a player who can bend around the edge and has shown great production... we've tried betting on traits (cough Van Ness) and that hasn't worked to form as of yet. The Vikings and Jack Klugman... I mean @quincy are on the clock.

With the 21st Pick in the TSW 2.0 Mock Draft The Yinzborough Stillers select Shemar Stewart EDGE Texas A&M This is a boom-bust selection but our impact players on the D-Line are aging out. He has the size, length and play strength we covet and explosion to beat tackles off the edge. He can play anywhere along the line except nose; hand in the dirt on the end or as a standup Sam or Jack. The franchise has a track record of getting the most out of these toolsy prospects, and the book on Stewart is to value him according to how much you like your DL coaches. The Steelers are rolling the dice here on their ability to teach the Steeler way. @Doc Brown and the San Diego Chargers are up, and if they're in a different city just get yourself 1.21 gigawatts and fix it.

If you're a linebacker the size of a safety, you'd better run like a safety. 6' 220lb 30" arms and 4.63... maybe at #173 -

Yeah, he's been my combine/Senior Bowl crush. He's a red-zone mismatch unit, but has long speed to go with it. I don't know how much he's been asked to do with route trees in Arkansas but he sure popped in the post-season events. Scourton was a good pick. Then he has the Bills passing on Tyleik Williams at #62 so the Chiefs can draft him at #63. And then it gets worse. -

That's funny in this thread because Dareus had Ricky Williams type of potential. -
Thoughts on Attempting to Obtain 4 2025 2nd Round Draft Picks?

Grant's been trending down in mocks. He could make it to 30 and even if he doesn't there's Tyleik and Collins and West and more. Unless it's a small move for a Harmon if he should make it to 25 or 26, nah. Certainly not worth spending a 1 and a 2. -
The WOAT is back at it on NFL.com, namely Chad "Roto" Reuter, with another mock of a draft: https://www.nfl.com/news/five-round-2025-nfl-mock-draft-round-1 *** TRADE *** Bills trade #30+109 to Baltimore for #27 and something else not specified (they take Malaki Starks and Deone Walker) #27 Matthew Golden WR Texas - Why does every mock this guy does has the Bills trading up in the 1st using their high 4th? That said, if you think Golden is a top-15 guy I can understand the move. #56 Nic Scourton EDGE Texas A&M - hey, this isn't actually a bad pick. The first I can remember. #62 Joshua Farmer DT Florida - But it doesn't last. I wouldn't crap on this pick so much , except then he has KC taking Tyliek Williams at #63. The better player and the better fit. #132 Cobee Bryant CB Kansas - A guy who's been a faller through the entire pre-draft process and would have been pegged a 4th at best BEFORE all of that. This part of the draft kills me. Here's who comes off the board 133-168 after that reach: Omarr Norman-Lott, Billy Bowman, Saivion Jones, Caleb Ransaw, Jordan James, Zeek Biggers, CJ West, DJ Giddens, Malachi Moore, Kyle Williams, Ahmad Hassanein, Tahj Brooks. Any of them 1000% better than Cobee or trade-down at #132 - or easily justifying a trade-up using say 170 & 177. #169 Jaylen Reed S Penn State - Ok value, but a converted linebacker who plays like a converted linebacker. IOW more of what they got and not what they need. #170 Jackson Slater G Sacramento State - Ok value here. He'll play for someone after getting signed off the Bills' practice squad. It's a sneaky need. #173 Shaun Dolac LB Buffalo - Hometown boys are for UDFA, esp with Teddye Buchanan going 2 picks earlier. Seems lazy to me to peg him for the 5th round because you're only doing a 5 round mock. CB is still an infected wound on the roster. If I'm the GM and Golden shows up at #30 and he's clear BPA I grab him but I don't know about the move up when you've got guys on the board in Hairston, Amos, Revel, Kenneth Grant, Alfred Collins. Would I rather have Trey Amos + Kyle Williams + Deone Walker (pick #109 in the mock) than Golden and Cobee Freakin Bryant... yeah, I think I would. After plotting a lotta mocks there seems to be a few predominant paths for a successful draft for the Bills based on what they do with pick #30: 1) small trade up for an impact DT (Harmon), 2) Trade down 6-10 picks to gain an extra Day 2 pick and take one of Amos/Revel/Hairston, 3) stand pat and take your BPA.

if it gets things moving i'll take Ravens or Iggles or Packers

Pittsburgh could be open to a trade-down to recoup the 2nd spent for DK Metcalf, and has what could be a very interesting pick to the Bills in #21OA, depending on the board. Both teams are looking for help on the DL but run very different schemes. One such move could be something like #30+62+206 for #21+123 [Both 284 points by Rich Hill chart].

TSW 1.0 Poll - Who should the Bills select at #62?
Ralonzo replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think Amos is willing to tackle, his technique isn't terrific. Hairston, I worry more about him on that. I did like the physical traits Amos showed on tape in his ability to run, flip his hips, stay with receivers. His man-cover characteristics would probably be as good as the Bills have. He ticked the boxes at the combine. Would he be the pick if the Bills were set with 2 solid starters, maybe not. It's going to be worth a few points in the decision engine that the Bills have a void at the position. He may not be A-number-1 value at 30 but he's not a reach either. -
I'm ok with a pick in the first 4 rounds being used on a safety, but maybe not 56. In retrospect that was a good slot to grab Swinson. If they can get a trade down scenario with 30 or 62 to get to end up with I hope will be 5 picks in the top 110, a guy like Billy Bowman in the 3rd/4th could be a nice get. If they stick with all the 5ths instead, Caleb Ransaw or your guy Kitan Crawford to develop.

Came here to ask that. Thurman went freakin off in that game. Edit: Art Still sighting! Edit 2: About 23:00 they're talking about Conrad Dobler, Al is talking about Dobler's book, "They Call Me Dirty." Dierdorf remarks "I'm just surprised it wasn't in crayon." Jets were a 2 point favorite in the game lol Edit 3: I just now realized they took away my Fruitful Bran Enjoying this way more than I should and having way more recalls from my youth than I should.

If the player is a difference maker you get him. The Bills have: box safety, box safety, FA signing Forrest who we haven't quanitifed, and Hamlin. There's a roster spot open to competition for a ball hawking deep half guy with a track record of big plays.

As far as draft picks go, that's one of them. I'm guessing that is was Kevin Winston Jr from Penn State that was actually "drafted"

My guy for that is Jackson Hawes. He may not quite be Lee Smith but he does a fair impersonation.
