  1. It will be on NFL films similar to the Steve Young run vs the Vikings in the 80s
  2. Then you would have dbs instead of dlineman and they would just cover the wrs ( ie just in case one breaks off a sideline route) plus you would have tons of help on the back end. My brain hurts thinking about how dumb everything was on that play But it's bizzare because why are Rousseau and epenesa not rushing lol. Those two should be rushing, and the sidelines would just be covered with actual dbs. It made zero sense There was literally like 4 guys covering nobody on the play. There's 3-4 things that not only make zero sense, but are so ridiculous that you would literally design the defense that way to actually increase the chances of completing the hail Mary. I get mad thinking about it. Like I said looking at the defensive formation is similar to an acid trip. Keon Coleman is also an all American college basketball caliber talent. Why is he not back there which would be completely rational and normal football othodoxy defending a hail Mary
  3. Every well thought critic of McDermott is about McDermott getting tight in critical situations and especially in the playoffs with elimination creating even more pressure. His brain literally shuts off.... Go look at the defensive formation vs the jets on the hail Mary. I literally thought I was on acid looking at it. It made zero sense I don't want to start a debate about McDermott. He's a great leader and I've forgiven him for 13 seconds. And I want him to be the bills coach for as long as Landry or bellicheat. Go Bills
  4. I'm thinking it won't matter as I've said repeatedly I think Allen will keep the team so far ahead it won't matter It's a Strawnman that critic's of McDermott thinks he's just conservative.
  5. There is a common misconception that ppl skeptical about McDermott are critical of him being conservative overall ...This is not true. I and others worry about McDermott with the psychology of a playoff elimination game and McDermott getting tight in that context His defense doesn't have to necessarily be great in the playoffs. But it can't be only 6 forced punts in his last 4 elimination games bad. Ppl forget his defense was really bad vs the colts in the wildcard but Allen and Davis went alien mode and we survived in 20 until the afc championship. I need something similar to how KC defense played in the 22 playoff For context the ravens forced KC to punt 7 times in just the AFC championship
  6. Ocyrus Torrence became a made guy. I gotta go get the papers, get the papers.... Because KC hasn't had to not play without Kelce or Jones in these games.... Like nobody is winning trophies without your all pros. Maybe once you get lucky, maybe. But it's just not happening Look at the bills defense with Klein covering Kelce vs Bernard. It matters
  7. Their starting CB Davis has a broken hand too
  8. The cowboys under Landry and Jimmy were an incredible football program. I'm talking all time great. And ever since then it's turning into a literal circus and entertainment sitcom now. It's just not a serious football program anymore. Kinda sad honestly when Gil Brandt used to run things
  9. I remember watching the bad boy pistons in 91 getting swept by Jordan. They got old and couldn't keep up with mj anymore. That's what Sunday felt like. KC just didn't have the horses and then couldn't stop Allen when it mattered. It's going to be much worse for the chiefs in the playoffs. They're going to get run off the field Yup Knox is literally better right now and I'm being serious
  10. No, they're not. They've a slightly better oline, although their interior is slightly overrated. The RB room is similar, Kincaid and Laporta are similar but Kincaid has more elite skills. Knox is better than any of the lions other tes. Shakir is a faster version of amon ra. Buffalo has better wrs outside that. Buffalo has a much greater QB who doesn't need a powerful running game to still be great. That has been proven over the years ad nauseum and was proven yet again vs the second best team in the NFL with the chiefs... Buffalo has better edges and can get an organic pass rush. The lions can't without hutch. Buffalo lbs are better especially with Milano back and anzalone hurt. CBS are even but Benford is the best right now and Douglas/ Elam have more experience. Lions have better safety talent
  11. Do they just release Rodgers soon? I understand the cap implications but if you're moving on anyway might as well just admit the mistake now and clean house
  12. Dorian Williams is better than Edmunds... Even Spector has real instincts The Edmunds truthers are silly
  13. He will just stay an extra year like Peyton did in 97
  14. Imagine passing on Marino, Mahomes and Allen lol. That's crazy 🤣
  15. Lions are a really good team, very physical and good balance. Buffalo is a great team with a great QB...
  16. Woody Johnson is also reportedly telling ulbrich to bench certain players like Tony Adams according to Rich Cimini lol Yup. Once they fired Saleh, ( a well liked players coach on defense) , and kept Hackett. It ultimately fractured the locker room and undermined Rodgers leadership and his integrity.
  17. Ppl who legitimately thought buffalo wouldn't win this division ( obviously counting health) is just insane. It was always a bizarre Looney toons opinion. I understand ppl have to talk about stuff in the off-season but good lord. Obviously anything can happen, yes there are down years, injury etc but come on. If it was ever even possible to happen it would be last year but Miami got their doors blown off and then still couldn't beat buffalo even when the bills didn't play a good game.
  18. Joe beningo was texting Saleh last year advice on how to fix the offense LMFAO 😅
  19. Exactly. That game is going to definitely feel like a super bowl preview
  20. 20-0 Launch that random ridiculous game into the sun
  21. Sometimes it's okay to admit the other team or QB is great. Mahomes and Allen are kinda synonymous and it's terrifying to try to stop them especially when it matters. It's like playing chess against someone but they keep pulling out a queen. It's a cheat code
  22. This game reminds me so frickin much of the 1990 game vs the Giants. A running team that's very physical on the road. It was a super bowl preview I think they're going to put a beat down on the lions.
  23. I don't think our run defense is a vulnerability. Aren't we like 4th in run defense dvoa? Against the best interior oline in the NFL, if you subtract one 17 yard hunt run, ( when we were up 9 in the 4th) The KC rbs avg 3.1 ypc.
